Nice but noisy !!
View , location and beauty of the buildinh
Unfortunately , we experience a group of very loud young people running amuck on a Saturday night ... Also television could be overheard very loudly from the neighbouring suite... And we are talking after midnight . Otherwise everything satisfactory , but I think a little expensive for what you got . I didn't think the comfort of the bed was of the standard that one may expect . Location is excellent and view from the window lovely .

Great location and atmosphere
Location, staff and atmosphere
Had an amazing time at Lenna. Fabulous spot right near Salamanca place. Amazing staff, especially when having night caps in the guest lounge!!!! Would highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Hobart.

Nice hotel in a great location
Location, size of room, balcony
Lenna is situated just off of Salamanca Place....a great location. The access to the rooms was easy and the car park although awkward at times, provided ample space and a secure environment. The hotel is an older establishment that has a very Victorian feel to it. From the outside, one would think that this is set in an English countryside. The check in was simple, the staff pleasant. The room had a balcony, a rarity and a view that was decent. The layout of the room was very comfortable. The two negatives included the bed that was uncomfortable......it had no body to it....neither plush nor hard, just uncomfortable and the second were the amenities. There was no bottled water and the bathroom amenities were standard, packaging was similar to what you would find in a motel. Daily cleaning was random in its quality and consistency. Used coffee cups were not cleaned or replaced, the kettle was not put in its original position, the hair dryer was not neatly placed back in its spot. Towels were sometimes replaced, sometimes not....no consistency. Did not try the restaurant. Front desk was only able to provide one electrical adapter per room and there were no usb charging ports. In the age of electrinic devices, hotels should provide usb charging capabilities as a standrad in their rooms. The stay was very pleasant and by no means would I say it was shabby....management just needs to pay attention to certain aspects so as to truly feel that it was worth what you paid per night.

Hobart getaway
Staff were friendly, location was good,
Tea/Coffee facilities were inadequate. The instant coffee sachets weren't replaced. No cutlery except one teaspoon. We had bought some bread and cheese at the market and had to request a knif, however we did receive this promptly. We booked online quite a few weeks earlier and our room was on the ground floor with a view of the road only. Our room was at the base of the steps in the new section and the noise travelled through the lift/stair area. Very noisy guests at 4am Sunday morning woke us up. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy and great pillows. The staff were very friendly. We probably wouldn't stay here again as we felt the room was a bit pricey for its outlook and its noisy location within the hotel.
