Won't stay again

The location of the Hotel was good. The staff, on arrival were friendly. The room was average but not 4 star. There was mould in the bathroom on the tiles. We had an early flight to catch in the morning. Our account was paid in full prior to our arrival. However, the young man on the counter in the morning was most uncooperative. We requested our passports but were told it would take 5 minutes per room (we had 3 rooms alongside each other) to check the mini bar. We explained that we hadn't used the mini bar but he still refused to give back our passports. We waited 15 minutes before he finally provided our passports. I have stayed at many hotels in Vietnam (I am living here for 12 months) and never have I been treated so poorly by staff. I will not stay at this hotel again and will advise others to stay at the Vien Dong which is down the street (currently undergoing renovations).

like a normal 3 star hotel

location, room space, price
Good location, but everything of the hotel is kind of old. Nice people. Room space is big.

over price

I don't see any best thing in this hotel
The hotel room so dirty, and too old, over price, they charge extra money for breakfast if you stay couples. Too bad

A one-stop shop

Clean, safe and comfortable place, friendly hotel staffs, caters your vacation needs.
If I will be given a chance to spend holiday in Saigon again, I would definitely stay in this hotel which is a cosy place at an affordable cost. It's a one-stop shop. I get to sleep soundly and enjoyed bubble bath in the comforts of my premiere deluxe room, easily call for a room-service meal, calm my tensed muscles with a soothing massage, and hasle-free booked a tour through their helpful, friendly, professional and hospitable staffs. All my needs were attended promptly. Although there's a bit of misunderstanding on my airport transfer, which isn't a big deal to me. I would strongly recommend this to my friends.

Excellent Staffs

Location, value, service
We arrive with the children and the helpful reception lady gave us a free upgrade to a larger room. Throughout the staffs were just brilliant and takes great initiatives to attend to your needs. It was rainy season and the staffs had this huge beach umbrella to shuttle guests to the taxi. And the staffs were always ready to help with the children. The hotel is no doubt old but the rooms are still in good condition. Price wise we couldn't expect anything cheaper.

Newly refurbished room was well laid out and very

Price, cleanliness and comfort
This hotel is located a close walking distance to the more central streets of Ho Chi Minh. We had an upgraded room and it was fantastic for the price. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot rate the food. This area does seem to have more visible prostitution going on around these streets but this did not directly affect us and wouldn't put me off using this hotel again.

Unreasonable charges

Location, location, location
The Hotel is ok, but the staff put me in twin room near noisy kitchen initially where my booking is double room. They did the change for me during night time, lucky that I didnt carry so much stuff. When I check out, they charge me some fee cause they said they need to replace the dirty towel!!! This is the very first time it ever happen to me over hundreds of hotel I ever stayed in
