Not worth it. Avoid this at all costs

Prime location
not suitable for my needs. Good rooms given to regulars. Surrounded by good hotels, meaning you are spoilt for choice after checking in and seeing your room for the first time. Summary: room service slow, lifts slow, rooms below average, needle found in bedding, discrimination in assignment of rooms, It took 30 minutes and 4 phone calls to receive the room service menu that was not in my room upon check in. The menu was taken when my average food arrived saying this menu is for the kitchen, and another menu will be provided tomorrow. Also many phone calls and a long wait until I recieved an extra blanket I requested because their heating system in useless. A needle was found as I tried to sleep in the throw placed on the bed. I could have made a big deal out of it but I chose to ignore it. I visited friends who are regulars at the hotel, they had a nice large room, not suite. On my second stay I upgraded to a executive room in hopes of getting a larger room, I was assigned a room that is worse than the classic basic room. I am supposed to get the best room available without being a suite. can take up to 10 minutes to get to and from the 25 floor, 4 lifts not enough to serve 28 floors and hundreds of room and probably close or upwards of a thousand guests on busy times. Only good thing is the concierge, he was very busy but tried to help us genuinely. concierge good.

Over rated

location and concierge are the best 2 things
5.3 the linens and the blankets were of the worst quality..I felt that the blankets were from Alkatraz prison..the executive lounge was very poorly furnished and the variety and quality of food were very low. The bathroom was not clean and old...the best thing though was the concierge and the location...if you want to get the best out of this hotel you have to stay in the top top suits.

Not as expected

Location, View and comfort
A nice hotel with good surrounding. We had a nice stay. Excellent beds and a good view. Only thing is, that we were unable to get a hot shower in "prime time". Apparently they ran out. They argued that the water boiler was broke and they gave us a free breakfast in the executive lounge (which we did not prepay). The staff in that lounge were stressed and did not provide the expected services.
