Location ,location and location
Horrible uncomfortable tiny ,dirty floors and the bathroom was really small and the room got very hot and humid .i think I was over charged for this room! It was a size of a standard room made out as a family room will not be staying there ever again !!!!!!

OK for money but I still expect hot water...

Location, price, clean
A real shame there was no hot water. Also, I had to revert to banging a chair against the ceiling after the incessant row coming from the room (of kids) above me after midnight. Other than which it was good for the money!

Better than I expected

price, room size, location
The room was clean and much bigger than we expected. However, the bathroom was extremely small. One towel per person per week is gross. We paid for clean towels. We also paid for wi fi for each phone, which didn't work most of the time. However, except for those things, the room itself was large and it wasn't a bad place to stay.

It was the worst experience of my life

Lords Hotel
The stay was the worst experience of my life ! I am a grown man and I was given a room with a bunker bed which was highly uncomfortable. I hit my head several times while getting up . Even though while booking I had asked for a single room with bed I was given the bunker beds. The staff were very uncooperative and unfriendly . Initially they refused to change my room ,later they asked me to take a room outside the hotel building ,even though it was raining heavily and this fact was not disclosed. While booking the hotel . For a person who had travelled thousands of miles ,this was highly inconvenient! Even when I offered to pay extra for better services ,I was denied . The breakfast was absolutely nothing and there is no one to help with the luggage . Moreover, There is no elevator in the hotel .The staff are extremely un polite and very unhelpful to a foreigner like me. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone !

Only as a last resort if a hostel is not an option

Not a good place at all, but it was my last resort so I didn't really had a choice.

Great price, brilliant location, clean and comfort

Location, price, cleanliness
We really enjoyed our stay, finding the staff to be friendly and helpful, the room very clean and modern and the complementary continental breakfast good value. We liked the option to purchase additional breakfast items very convenient. The location was good for exploring. Although there was an electric radiator in the room, when used it made teh room to hot, and without it it was too cold. A thicker duvet would have been better. A kettle would have been a useful addition.

Superb value for money

Clean room, centrally located, very good value for money
I was quite impressed with this hotel. The room was small, but that tends to be the norm in central London. However, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room had everything you would need. It's close to the tube station and the area has lots of restaurants, and shopping. As well as a few late night food places as I arrived rather late. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a little bit hard to find as a lot of the building look very similar in that area but not overly difficult
