Good basic hotel

Spotlessly clean, small but functional. About 15 mins from centre of town. Easy access to buses to tourist sites.
the hotel is in a good location. staff are friendly & helpful. there is a nice in-hotel bar with an outstanding view of the city. unfortunately soundproofing is not very good. noise is magnified by the layout and we were there along with a group of rowdy young people. if you're going to this hotel take ear plugs.

Nice hotel in the middle of central area

Location Location Location. Very central area surronded by everything
We arrived very early. Night shift staff wouldn't allow us to check in. We then asked for baggage storage. When we were putting our luggage in the storage then morning shift gentleman suddenly allowed us to check in right away. It was very nice of him allowing us to get some sleep after overnight bus. We were given the room from the old wing, but we are not complaining compared with the price we paid. It will be nicer if we had the room on new refurbished wing. The room we got look completely diffent from hotel web-site for commercial purpose. It is old and dark with very old furnitures, but functions well and has everything you need. Breakfast is buffet continental breakfast all-you-can-eat style and it is more than enough what they promise. It will be better with eggs and hams. The best is breafast on the roof with very nice view of old monasterio de of San Jeronimo across street offered by only 2-or-3-star hotel. Nothing to complain for our stay
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Supermraket is next door and good restaurants near-by. Shopping district is within a very short walk
