Very helpful staff
We made an error in our booking date and arrived a day early! The lady at Reception was exceedingly helpful and changed our booking for no cost and gave us a room at their Concourse A facility as they were sold out on Concoure G. Have to say, there is a HUGE difference between the two facilities. Much larger and more comfortable rooms in Concourse A, cleaner as well.

Ideal for Transit
Convenient for medium to long transit

Comfortable and convenient for an overnight layover
Saved me the time and effort of having to move out of and back to the airport, making it unnecessary to clear out of immigration and customs. Facilities are comparable to similarly-priced airport hotels I've tried in the vicinity of Suvarnabhumi Airport. Overall good experience.

Perfect for medium to long transit times
Booked this room as we had a 9hr stopover in Bangkok enroute to London from Sydney. It seemed a little expensive for a 6hr booking but when you factor in cheap flights and not having to clear customs and immigration to get a decent sleep and a shower it is well worth the money. Was ready for the next 12hr flight to London. The hotel was hard to find and even the person at the airport's information desk pointed me in the opposite direction, luckily I trusted my gut instinct and proceeded to concourse G. From level 2 you'll need to go through a security check and make your way up to level 4. There are several Louis Tavern Lounges, you need to look for the Dayrooms. Based on some previous reviews I was ready to be disappointed. Room and bathroom was clean, free wifi was also included. Beds are firm and comfortable. The free meals were sub-par, mediocre at best. Staff were friendly despite other reviews also. I highly recommend this hotel if you have a layover of between 6-12hrs and do not want to exit the airport. Perfect for a recharge between flights.

The place is comfortable and satisfactory but not without problems. A $10 key deposit is required to be made in CASH which nobody told us about. If you don't have cash you will need to change money just for this. Advance information of this would have been nice. The beds are comfortable but very short. I'm about 5 feet 3 inches tall and just about fitted the bed. My partner who is 6 feet tall had his feet hanging out by several inches. Bathroom is clean but dated. All room amenities are complimentary, which is a very nice gesture specially that you don't need to bit water bottles. Restaurant staff are courteous and food is average. All in all many things can be improved to make it better, considering staying here isn't cheap at all. The convenience of being able to stretch your legs and have a snooze before a long flight can't be faulted though.

Better than having nowhere to go with long layover
Expensive for what it was. Tv rubbish. Blinds didn't work only curtains did so light crept in. Bathroom ok but tired. Noisy at time - you can hear all other people watching tv - talking, flushing loo and opening and closing doors. Average overall ... Definately better than trying to manage toddler on long layover with nowhere to go but only worth it if you desperate. Did the job.
