Great Location; good for the price
Location couldn't be better. This wasn't luxury, but you wouldn't expect it for the price. It was clean and provided all the basics one might need.

A little shocking
The perks: location and laundry facilities. The downsides: Hotel really caters to long term student rentals & is more of a hostel in feel. Floors, chairs, and exposed sides of mattresses are all very stained. Bathroom is a tight space that looks like it belongs in a train or airplane.

Great location
This is a campus dorm with all that entails. The WC facility is the major drawback--larger could be imagined on a space station--but the location is incomparable.

Price + location are our answer!
The accommodation was just like a student dorm. However, for its location and price. We would still choose this accommodation for our basement for exploring London next time! We can just walk to Big Ben and London Eye in just 15-20 minutes!

Overall is good
Kitchen, Location & Staff helpful
the bed & pillow not really comfortable. The toilet was very small. There was a kitchen next beside the corridor. So we can cook it & staff really helpful.

Great downtown location, basic accomodation
Location, Clean
My stay in LSE Northumberland House, which is located a minute away from Trafalger Square and Embankment was totally fine. Check-in was swift, and a room on the 6th floor was given to me. I was told that I could make use of a (shared) kitchen, which could come handy for someone (not for me though). The room itself was a single bedroom, size very good for a short stay, but the carpet and furniture (basically a desk for studying), are in used condition. Some stains here and there, but it is kept clean. The bathroom is really small, but it does the trick. The shower has a sufficient power and water flow, nice hot water available. The single window in the room can open, but just a little bit (and it is secured with an alarm).

Great value, convenient location!
Location, kitchen, value comfort
I enjoyed my stay at LSE Northumberland House. The room servicing was consistent and thorough. The facilities were good and there was free WiFi available for guests which was very handy. There was 24 hour concierge which was also very useful. It was in a safe neighbourhood with a very central and convenient location. There were many shops and supermarkets nearby. The kitchen was well maintained and there was ample fridge and freezer space. Walls of each room were nice and thick so no disturbance was heard from adjoining rooms. Overall very good value for the frugal traveller looking for a comfortable, clean and convenient environment to stay in!

Great location and great staff
Location, price and staff
The staff was very friendly and helped us find locations. Multiple Underground stations are very close. Walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar square is 1 minute away. The only downside was the street city noise, nothing they can do about that.
