Zoe S. Poros Australia, 2013 m. kovo 9 d.	Avoid this Hotel - unhonest staff. Nothing positive due to incident 6 To keep our review short, our holiday was ruined due to this hotel. Staff entered our room without permission. We dont know 100% what they were doing. They had no permission what what-so-ever. We caught them in our room as we had a feeling they would enter as soon as we went out. They Lied multiple times when confronted. Front reception staff had many excuses to why they were in our room including checking mini bar(not true), cleaning the room (at 6pm when it had been cleaned in then morning and they had no cleaning equiptment) and finally that they werent in the room...yes they were! We ended up having to leave the hotel as we felt our privacy had been invaded.

Pool is yours alone! 7 The surrounding of it was ok cos d pub around it will stop all music by 10pm...its ideal for someone who travel with kids. The room was not as i expect. The sofa was dirty, the toilet always choked. Lucky the service was superb. They came right away to replace n repair after i explain to them. I would give it a 7/10!

We have 2 young children and the room (apartment) was big and great for the kids to run around in. The pool on the roof was clean but has no shelter, we used the pool at AP hotel which is behind AP apartment. Breakfast is good, but it is a set menu, and not a big serve, but is enough. Location is in the centre of Kuta great for walking around. No taxi's drive past but there are drivers next door which don't charge much or a 3 minute walk to Legan street to catch a taxi. All in all this apartment suited us and we will stay there again. Restaurant Tip: You must try Kuta Townhouse Brazilian Aussie BBQ for dinner, all you can eat and really good tasty food. (next door to AP apartment)

Šeimos su mažais vaikais Australia, 2013 m. sausio 13 d.	little gem at popis lane 1 kuta big rooms, lounge and kitchen 7,3 We stayed 3 nights and found the place is what expected at popis lane which is noisy, crowded and narrow road. I expected those so I was ready and I have no complaint whatsoever. The only thing I did not expect was the development around the apartment which spread dirts and dusts on the street. Please be very careful to all the travellers from western countries because development like this does not have safety precautions (like safety nets or planks) for pedestarians. My advise will be to be on the lookup most of the time you pass by this development sites and avoid walking underneath it, you will never know what's gonna fall from the above. Restaurant Tip: Heaps of restaurants and live music to suit your mood. Have fun and enjoy Kuta Bali

Great location but hotel needs maintenance room size, friendly staff, location 6 breakfast needs upgrading,maintenance needed on water supply, stairs are inconsistent in height and size, water leaks, Restaurant Tip: TJ's and UN's, Sandbar, Flapjacks, Victory are all handy plus many Warungs

Specious rooms 4 in general the hotel was very dirty, most of the time, breakfast was very very poor with very few choices, staff were not very friendly. we were told this is a 4 staqr hotel, i would not even give it a 2 star. in general this hotel was a dissapointment and made mine and my wife's stay in bali misserable. Restaurant Tip: Bali has nice restaurants, with OK prices, world class really and very csomopolitan. Enjoyed the food.

Do not get the AP Suite and Apartment confused with a holiday resort, as it is not. It is a 5 level building with a pool on top- no spacious areas to sit and relax like resorts have. Overall the hotel was small and simple- breakfast is complimentary however you only have a small selection, not a buffet. Food was good. Rooms- the rooms were great, penthouse was very big, clean and new. Hotel would be great for people who will spend a lot of time outside the hotel, as it is not really a hotel you can simply spend the day relaxing at. In saying that, for the price I paid, very happy!! Hotel Feature Tip: This place is not a luxury resort when one can spend the day and relax at, it is a 5 story building with no garden etc. However, compared to other places I have stayed it has massive rooms, clean and very new. The room (penthouse) would get 10 out of 10, however the hotel and its facilities would only get 5 out of 10.
