Good Location but with problems

This hotel is well located near the Zoo Train Station and the U-Bahn. There is an immediate problem with reception located two flight of steps from the entrance. Then in the wing of the hotel where our room was located there was only one small elevator that had to be reached by several more short flight of steps and a maze of hotel corridors. The television in our room needed to be fixed everyday and the internet worked very badly. The surly staff at front desk told me the internet problem was the result of my using an Apple system.

Nice budget hotel

This budget hotel is conveniently located in the easy to access all public transportation area. It's also close to the shopping and dining area. The hotel is also traditionally decorated in its hallway. The room looks a bit too old but is clean and comfortable. The entrance stairs of the hotel are too steep and not good for those carrying big luggage.

Great location but a horrible hotel

The hotel has one of the best possible locations in Berlin. The hotel itself on the other hand was bad. The room is tiny and right by the enterance. The floors are wood (i believe thats what coused the noise) so that when people walked around (and they walked around a lot), i couldn't sleep. It was drafty and cold. The internet didn't work.
Not to write only bad things, the location is superb and maybe it would be better in sommer when the cold would not be an issue.

Great location but a bit dated
good location close to train station, shops and restaurants

The hotel is clean and comfortable but needs some updating as it is looking a bit tired. Also lots of stairs just to get to reception area which makes it difficult when travelling with lots of luggage. There is a lift to get to rooms but there is more stairs to get to the lift from the reception!
