Very close to airport. Have a shuttle but not to the airport. But I always travel by taxi however the problem is taxi doesn't often know where the hotel is. So pls keep hotel name card with you to show taxi driver.

overall are fine, but the room is bit dark and i suggest them to put more light in the room. Besides that, can hear the next room sound (etc: shower..)

Nice and easy accessible
Near major casinos, near airport and shuttle service to Venetian casino and nearby casino.

Some Reception counter staff were not helpful and in my opinion they are front liner and need too be friendly and helpful. By having serious looking face one portrays a very unwelcoming look. Slow to hand over rooms. Keys to 2 rooms not able to open doors after back from breakage at 11.15am. Time wasted going up and down to get it verified but still not accessible. Stressed.

I really enjoy to stay in this hotel. Room is nice. Bathroom is work. Free Internet in the lobby. Casino is just downstairs. In the city location so I can find the local restaurant easily. For conclusion I really enjoy with this hotel and if I stay in Macau next time, I will choose this hotel.

transportation ok and in the G/Floor have the Mocha casino, departure to Airport and the
Macau & Hong Kong Pier only 10 Minute. The famous Casino just only 10 Minute from Western Taipa Hotel to go there, it is very good for the traveller.
