unhappy, encounter blackout, water supply cut.
like the massage & the ginger tea.

i like the room but the room is without any tv, audio player etc...
the kettle is stained, after boiling it make the drinking water dirty and there is no acceptable replacement for me. though i can get hot water from the restaurant, it is troublesome far and is closed after 10pm. i requested for early check-out at 7am but due to the staff unable to be in early i am required to do check-out the night before. but the worse is, i encountered blackout & water supply cut around 6am because of this my checkout was delayed till 8am. there are no staff except one security guard to assist me during that situation. however, the secuirty guard did not able to provide any help and told me the maint crew will be here in one minute but i waited for nearly one hour!!

Pleasant dive resort
Easy access to local dive sites, friendly staff, quite peaceful

Was a nice stay at the start of the low season. Some renovation work is being done but they are using manual labour to minimise noise. I was expecting a private beach but you need to walk up the coast to white beach for swimming.

This is a really nice resort, the attention to detail is superb and this can be recommended for a relaxing getaway. It's quiet but much opportunities to be active (diving, kayak, play pool, darts etc)

acceptable place
sea, food and.... maybe location to explore the southern part of cebu

overall daily expenditure is 20% higher than in bigger 4*hotels on the cebu island but that is not critical for a short stay, minibar ok, sometimes wifi may be down. As for value for money, I put "3" compared to average world level but for Philipines it could be "4" as many things are weird in this country ;)

Super friendly , helpful staff
Great staff, helpful dive masters , beautifully presented food

We went there for diving and the dive masters were very helpful, kind and attentive. The resort does not support whale shark watching in Oslob.
The hotel owner, Rudy, was friendly and greeted us each day.
Food was most beautifully presented and looked terrific. Taste wise was ok. Desserts were very nice.

A friendly beautiful place to stay

I felt spoilt pampered cared for by more than attentive staff who seemed to know your every need. The resort is like paradise with lots of little areas to explore and delight in. Diving so good in what we saw, 18 turtles on the house reef alone, Mandarin fish and dive boats that are so good to dive from. The food was world class served at fine linen clothed tables. Plentiful and always the offer of more if you can eat it. Everything beautifully cooked and served and any requests catered for.

This is a fantastic location with a small number of rooms and wonderful staff.
Great food, lovely beach, and stunning gardens. Pool was wonderful too.
Let down by lack of fans over the eating area - people were sweltering in heat and fans that were there were never turned on - needs some ventilation as we left early just to sit in a breeze somewhere.

The best place to stay
We loved the hotel! Friendly staff and cold welcome drink with Baileys was very helpful after a long journey. Our bungalow was always very clean. The hotel is really a good place for the spa and the knowledge of the underwater world. Especially for divers! However, we feel it overpriced. But we are ready to go back because of the incredibly friendly staff, beautiful view, wonderful diving and snorkeling, plus silence and relax.

Nothing to complain about. For the owners - to be more flexible in the pricing of services.
Nightlife Tip:
Not for customers who love gay nightlife. Bars and restaurants close to the hotel you will not find.
