Bad service (impolite entrance staff)
Cheap for weekend break during non pak season.

It was a weekend break when I stayed there, but it was a nightmare as soon as I dropped by the doorstep!
The entrance staff, who is supposed to give a warm receive to guests, requested us in a bad attitude to park our car again in the way he instructed. As a temporarily stopping, our car had been absolutely parked in an appropriate way and had not blocked any path as it was already at the far end corner. However, the entrance staff ordered us to park it again, and even tried to argue with us while we explained that we wanted to check-in first. Even worse, no manager at the lobby is trying to offer assistance or to settle the situation. The service is obviously "work-flow" oriented, not customer-oriented. They better have their service staff trainned again before claiming itself to be 4+ star hotel. There is no service at all at this hotel.

Comfort near shopping area

The hotel was very convenient to shoppers since it is connected to city plaza. You can shop and bring your stuff to the room and go back shopping. It is also connected to the MTR. The room was very very comfortable. But if you are travelling with friends, you might have a problem since the shower room door is glass, so the person in the room will see you while you are taking a bath !!!

Wonderful view, especially the sugar bar on the roof, 180 degree of the harbor, worthy to stay. Friendly staff too. Nice, for sure will come again.
