Nicely located in the heart of a shopping district Room size, staffs, location 8,3 Home feel from the Hotel's facade, to the room itself up to the very friendly staffs. We stayed here almost a week and its just great to relax and come home to the hotel after a very tiring day of tour.

We have an enjoyable stay Good location, shopping and street food during weekend 8,3 The only setback is we couldn't check in early as our flight arrived Incheon airport at 6.35am and arrived hotel at almost 9am. Eventhough I have requested for early check in, managed to get our suite only at 1pm.

Room size, pool and kids room. don't forget the hotel is right in front of shopping destrict. 10 The hotel is one of the iconic buildings in the region so it is very easy to find from outside along the shopping area. With 2 small kids, we got upgraded to 3 bedrooms without any request. Very recommended to all travelers.

Nice Location and Wonderful Food Room Service Dinner, Location, Full Kitchen 8,7 I wish that they still offered a complimentary breakfast, you have to pay now, so that was disappointing, however, their dinner for room service was exceptional. We ordered the chicken salad and chicken kabobs, they were amazing! Better than any food you can get in Insadong and not expensive. It is a great area to stay within walking distance to Insadong, the large palace and Myeongdong.
