This is a great place, really close to Ben Tre Market and convenient to tourist places. Hotel was happy to keep bags, easy going with check in and out timing.

Booked 2 superior rooms but upon check in told no rooms avail and given only 1 superior room for the first night.
After much arguments manage to get another room from the 2nd night onwards .
Booked and paid for 2 superior rooms for 3 nights and I got only 1 superior room for the first night and a standard room from 2nd night onwards.
No refund was given.will not recommend this hotel.

Excellent and nice stay as expected. Since this is my 5th time stay in Saigon.
Only we get our room very late at 1930 hrs even we arrived at 1630 hrs! However it still okay since at least the staff let us complimentary late check out till 1430 hrs.

this is our first time travelling out from malaysia, and we are supprise to have a good service and friendly staff.Also strategic place for us with 2 naughty kids, easier to go back yo hotel after shopping. comfortable for our family,and we will absolutely choose this hotel again if we go to vietnam.
