Hotel conditions was good even it is not a 5 star hotel. The staffs are very helpful, friendly & soft spoken. We were given a free complimentary drinks , fruits, free 1 hour massage, & last free buffet dinner for a night. The hotel is near to the town .

Very friendly staffs, always ready to serve when we approach them. Always ready with cold towels when we goback to hotel after a long day visiting the places of interest. Breakfast menu could be improved with varieties. They provide packed breakfast set for those who go for sunrise at Angkor Wat and small picnic set as well. Free khmer lunch or dinner at their restaurant. Free 1 hour khmer massage too. Located very near to the old market and pub street (5 mins walk). all in all, it was a great experience staying there. Highly recommended!

Staff, Staff, Staff 10 This was the best value for money experience we have ever had, the welcome at reception sets the scene for the rest of your stay, the staff are so friendly and attentive with outstanding englishthe added extras (massage, dinner etc.) are awesome. 5min walk to restaurants and the aptly named pub st, hotel booked tours to the temples for us which werre great. We usually never spend time at the hotel or at hotel restaurants but the staff (and prices) made it near impossible to leave and we spent our time at the bar, restaurant, spa and pool which were as cheap or cheaper htan the town - would love to return!

Heaven on Earth Friendly staff, decor of hotel, general feel to the place 10 I absolutely loved my stay at the Golden Temple Hotel. I was there for 4 days and was so sad to leave. The staff are SO friendly and your welcome makes you feel at home from the minute you arrive there. The hotel is so tranquil and beautifully decorated. It was all I could have wanted and more. I will definitely go back and stay.

Perfect place to stay when in Siem Reap Friendly staff, great decoration, good facilities 9,3 Enjoyed the stay very much, from the moment you step into the entrance the hotel feels well-done. The staff greeted me very kindly and I was offered a refreshment while they checked me in. The (first floor) room was big, colourful and comfortable although the balcony (especially the ones on the swimming pool side) didn't make a lot of sense to me. Mine had a view on the wall and backside of the reception. Swimming pool is very nicely decorated and not crowded at all. Restaurant as well as it's other locations is famous throughout the town. Golden Temple is a big name in Siem Reap, a trustworthy one.
