„Agoda“ siūlo jums „Geriausios kainos garantiją“. Jei užsisakėte kambarį „Agoda“ svetainėje ir įrodysite, kad galite užsisakyti tokį patį kambarį tai pačiai datai pigiau kitoje svetainėje, mes nustatysime tokią pačią arba dar žemesnę kainą.

Prašome surinkti šią informaciją, kad galėtumėte užbaigti pildyti Geriausios Kainos Garantijos Prašymą
• Agodos užsakymo ID.
• Svetainės, kurioje radote mažesnę kainą, internetinį adresą.
• Viešbučio, miesto ir valstybės pavadinimą.
• Galite pridėti iki trijų konkurentinės svetainės ekranvaizdžių, kuriuose būtų aiškiai pavaizduota, jog yra laisvi numeriai, numerio tipas, akcija ir numerio kaina Jūsų apsistojimo datai
• Prašome atkreipti dėmesį: Nereikia užsakinėti numerio konkurentinėje svetainėje, tiesiog parodykite mums kainos skirtumą.
Taisyklės ir nuostatos
1. Mūsų „Geriausios kainos garantija“ galioja tik patvirtintiems užsakymams. Jūs turite pateikti savo „Agoda“ užsakymo numeri, jei norite pateikti skundą.
2. Turi būti taikomos šios sąlygos:
• Toks pats viešbutis
• Ta pati viešnagės data
• Tas pats kambario / lovos tipas
• Tokie patys išankstinio užsakymo , išankstinio mokėjimo ar užstato reikalavimai (jei yra)
• Tokia pati užsakymo atšaukimo ir keitimo politika
• Mūsų agentai turi turėti galimybę greitam kambario užimtumo patikrinimui
3. „Geriausios kainos garantija“ negalioja nepaskelbtoms kainoms, pvz.:
• Asmeninės kainos
• Paslaugų paketo ar akcijos kainos
• Viešbučio kambario kaina įtraukta į kelionės pasiūlymą
• Plačiajai visuomenei neprieinamos kainos, pvz.:
| - | Nuolaidos įmonėms |
| - | Kainos grupėms ar susitikimams |
| - | Kainos nariams, (pvz., AAA arba AARP kainos) |
| - | Lojalumo programos |
| - | Bet kuri organizacija, kuriai nustatytos ypatingos grupių ar asmeninės kainos, neprieinamos plačiajai visuomenei |
4. „Agoda“ turi teisę savo nuožiūra nustatyti skundų pagrįstumą, įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant, viešbučio tipą, kambarių tipą, datų patikrinimą bei taisyklių ir sąlygų, skundų pateikimo reikalavimų tenkinimą.
5. „Geriausios kainos garantija“ negali būti sujungta kartu su kitais pasiūlymais ir akcijomis.
6. „Agoda“ pasilieka teisę keisti, redaguoti, papildyti, sustabdyti arba nutraukti „Geriausios kainos garantijos“ užtikrinimą bet kuriuo metu. Be to, „Agoda“ pasilieka teisę sustabdyti premijos taškų skyrimą užsakymams, patvirtintiems pagal „Geriausios kainos garantijos“ sąlygas.
Visi su skundais susiję klausimai turi būti siunčiami mūsų klientų aptarnavimo komandai.

Užsakymai „Agoda“ kelionių tinkle papildomai apsaugoti mūsų užsakymų garantijų. Jei Jūsų užsakytas ir patvirtintas viešbučio kambarys (už kurį gavote kvitą) yra užimtas atvykimo metu, nedelsiant susisiekite su mūsų 24 valandas per parą veikiančiu klientų aptarnavimo centru numeriu, kuris atspausdintas ant viešbučio kvito. Mūsų klientų aptarnavimo atstovai pasirūpins kambariu kitame patogiame panašaus lygio viešbutyje. „Agoda“ taip pat pilnai apmokės pirmąją viešnagės nakvynę, įskaitant visus mokesčius ir paslaugas. Pateikite kvitą ir mes kompensuosime visas pokalbių su mūsų biuru išlaidas.

Atšaukimo politika
Nebent atšaukimo polise nurodyta tiksliai kitaip, Agoda neapmokestina atšaukimo proceso.
Už atšaukimus, po patvirtinimo laiške nurodytos paskutinės atšaukimo datos (įskaitant ir atšaukimus iki šios datos), reikės mokėti mažiausiai 1 (VIENOS) nakvynės vertės atšaukimo mokestį (jei patvirtinimo laiške nenurodyta kitaip).
Neatvykimas į viešbutį yra laikomas pavėluotu atšaukimu, už kurį reikės mokėti mžiausiai vienos (1) nakvynės atšaukimo mokestį arba daugiau (jei patvirtinimo laiške nenurodyta kitaip).
Bet kokie Jūsų užsakymo pakeitimai turi būti tvarkomi per „Agoda“ svetainę, o ne tiesiogiai viešbutyje. Tai taikoma datų keitimo, viešnagės pratęsimo, ankstyvo išvykimo arba pavėluoto atvykimo, visiško ar dalinio atšaukimo atveju. Visos su užsakymais susijusios problemos turi būti siunčiamos „Agoda“ klientų aptarnavimo atstovams. Apie atšaukimus privalote pranešti darbo dienomis nuo 08:00 iki 18:00 val. (GMT+7).

Grąžinimo politika
Jei norite pateikti grąžinimo užklausą, prašome susisiekti su mumis šiais būdais:
- „Agoda“ siekia teikti paprastą ir efektyvų grąžinimo būdą. Atminkite, viešbutis gali taikyti baudos mokestį, jei neatšauksite viešnagės iki patvirtinimo laiške nurodytos datos arba sutrumpinsite savo viešnagę sezono metu, didelio užimtumo laikotarpiu, mugių ir susitikimų metu. Jei bus taikoma bauda, ji bus išskaičiuota iš grąžinamos sumos.
- Tiksli paskutinė atšaukimo data bus nurodyta patvirtinimo laiške. Jei norite išvengti atšaukimo mokesčio, turite atšaukti užsakymą iki šios datos. Paprastai kambarį galima atšaukti likus 14 dienų iki atvykimo į viešbutį. Jei nenurodyta kitaip, atšaukimo mokestis yra vienos nakvynės kainos dydžio. Jūs turėtumėte atsakyti į patvirtinimo laišką ir taip informuoti, kad sutinkate su atšaukimo mokesčiais.
- Jei atšaukimo strategijoje nenurodyta kitaip, už visas atšaukimų užklausas, kurios pirmiau nurodytais būdais buvo pateiktos iki patvirtinimo laiške nurodyto termino, per 10 dienų nuo užklausos gavimo bus atlyginta 100% sumokėtos sumos („Agoda“ netaiko jokio atšaukimo apdorojimo mokesčio). Visos užklausos pateiktos po patvirtinimo laiške nurodyto termino bus apdorotos per 10 dienų ir bauda bus išskaičiuota iš grąžintinos sumos.
- Mokestis už sutrumpintas viešnages dažniausiai grąžinamas 10 dienų, išskaičiavus visus sutrumpinimo mokesčius. Jei apie viešnagės sutrumpinimą mums pranešite iš anksto, galėsime paspartinti grąžinimo procesą. Jei pranešite po išsiregistravimo, pinigų grąžinimas gali užtrukti ilgiau, nes viešbučiai gali neskubėti patvirtinti tikslių Jūsų viešnagės datų. Jei grąžinimas truks ilgiau nei 10 dienų, mes Jus apie tai informuosime el. paštu.
Atminkite, kad daugelis viešbučių taiko vienos nakties kainos dydžio atšaukimo mokestį, jei atšauksite savo viešnagę pavėluotai. Atidžiai perskaitykite viešbučio politikas.

The winner of the Agoda ‘Forgetful Traveler Survey’ promotion (the “Contest”) will receive $100 USD worth of Agoda.com rewards points. Transfer of the equivalent of $100 USD in rewards points will occur within 10 days of the winner providing all the necessary details. Entry requires the person to submit their email address as an active recipient of the Agoda (the “Organizer”) newsletter via the Forward to a friend campaign (“FTAF”) during the time period from March 18, 2013 to March 24, 2013 Singapore standard time. No purchase is necessary. Each friend referred will be considered an additional entry into the draw. No further obligations are required.
