I only ended up staying for the one night as had to leave earlier than expected, however the room was sensational and the rooftop bar superb for an evening drink with a view. The staff were very friendly and the service excellent. I would happily stay there again and recommend so to anyone else.

Old Hotel but very large size of room
I like this hotel because it is like apartment and the size of my suite room with complete amenities in it and they do very fast room service.

Great stay
friendly staff, great rooftop dining, very close to major shopping centers

this hotel was not so expensive but it have a perfect location which is very near to major shopping centers in Surabaya (Ciputra & Town Square) and the toll highway really makes it a great place to stay. Room wasnt so big but its good enough for two and the bathroom is very big and clean too.

Clean,comfortable and value for money 4-star hotel
The hotel is clean and comfortable with aesthetically-pleasing design. The breakfast was very good with a good spread of local and western cuisine. A huge,modern shopping mall is 5-minutes walk away.

Had a very pleasant stay at Java Paragon. Booked a deluxe room but was upgraded to a executive suite upon check-in. The suite was, of course, very nice. A huge, modern shopping mall was 5-minutes walk away although it wasn't compelling relative to the malls I am used to back in Singapore. The breakfast spread was very good and the food is delicious. The staff at breakfast was attentive and was quick to clear used plates and provide you with new cutlery. There is a roof-top bar which I discovered only before checking out. Looked like a nice place to chill over some drinks in the evenings.
