great location but not always easy to find

You need to know that this hotel is also called Tommy hotel. The check in is down downstairs but then you have to take an elevator to 7th floor, switch to another elevator and then arrive to your room... Not so convenient. Also they provide only 1 breakfast ticket per room... Even if you book for two...

The hotel is not conventitnet at all

uBad experience as I booked the king size bed and called for confirmation. I specially asked for reconfirm whose staff did confirmed me but when I checked in, the bad is single size and I have to pay extra RMB 150 per night. Further there was a renovation just behind the roo the blaster sound was terrible that you just could not sleep well.

The staff were very nice and went out their way to be helpful. The location is good. But that's about it. It was not a fantastic hotel. I went during the Canton Trade Fair and they were very busy. It might be better at other times.

easily accessible to the metro with various malls nearby restaurants near the apartment serves good food

our stay was quite comfortable, though we had difficulty locating the hotel since it has changed its name from longde 365+1 to Timmy Hotel last march only. The entrance of the hotel is beside the family mart for easy identification. The rooms were quite comfortable especially when you have two kids in tow. The staff is accommodating though they speak a little english they try to accommodate our request.
