Great value

Uncomfortable sleep due to aeroplane noise

Hotel is so-so as it has cooperative staff but doesn't give you a comfortable sleep. The roaring noise of aeroplanes just above its roof is "highly" uncomfortable & scaring. Rooms are very very small. Hotel staff gave us a "Suite room". In actual it was a snug and not worth to be called a Deluxe room even. Hotel doesn't have any restaurant & only provides Milk/ Tea and water (though that is 24 hours). If possible and if you are having kids along with, please avoid this hotel (1 star for me). Hotel staff is cooperative & no complaints against them.

Below average service and tacky room
Clean and crisp bedsheets.

We were very dissapointed with the state of the room and the services therin- for instance the telephone for room service did not work, the tv did not function, food would be delivered to the room after ages and was cold.On the positive side the bedsheets were crisp and clean.The lift was not working.

The service was catastrophic. The TV was not working properly. Were told to wait till next day because there was no technician.
Food was not up to standard and there was limited availability.

I really dont get how hotels get Star ratings. Do they buy them?? Milan International is not a decimal more than a roadside motel, offering a bedspace.
1. The rooms are minimalistic and small - enough for a short nightcap.
2. The bathroom was OK, but the toilet seat was not cleaned up after the previous occupant vacated. Yellow spots all around!!!
3. The telephone was not working. So had no way of getting an early morning alarm.
4. Found a dead rat just outside the elevator door, when leaving in the morning.
