We had a wonderful holiday from the 11 to the 15 of Jun 13. Great food clean room . Hotel staff were very freindly and the bellhop was helpful. My kids enjoyed the buggy ride as our room was a distance from the lobby

Very very very....bad experience. Old room.
Slow and not 'free' wifi, very old and jaded rooms, 5 stars rating possible only probably 20 years ago.

Great hotel for families with kids.
The rooms were clean and big. Compound was clean. Staff friendly.

Great hotel for families with kids. The interior decoration was a bit dated but the stay was very pleasant. Property was very well maintained although the hotel's compound is very large. Security guards are present at the front and back entrance that gave us great peace of mind.

Beware that their check in is only 3 pm and they dont allow you to go to rooms even a little before that. Most flights arrive early into phuket so this might be an issue. Other than that, it was one of the most pleaasnt stays evr. Great ambience, rooms, facilities, wonderful breakfast.
I would highly recommend.
