Close to Perth CBD, convention center and public transport.

Good location, all facilities, friendly staff. Very expensive when you wish to extend your stay, so book carefully in advance.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
King park close by, good eateries not far away.

The location was pretty great, it is close to Northbridge, when you can find easy access to food. The rooms were pretty standard and rather small I should say. The only indesirable thing that put us off was the service. The front desk person wasn't being very helpful, and seemed reluctant to do us any favor.

Good location, very clean rooms and the room size was big enough for children to play around.

Our family was very happy and enjoyed the stay with Mounts Bay, the room equipped with all the amenities we required. This is not the first time we choosed this hotel and it has never disappoint us. In fact, this time the stay was even better than the first one.

The rooms are very clean and cozy.

The hotel location was great and easily accessible to the freeways. Near to the city centre and the famous Kings Park. Overall, the stay was fantastic and our family has enjoyed the 2 nights stay. We will recommend this hotel to friends. The rooms are well equipped with most of the amenities we required and it was very clean.

Spent only 2 nights at the Mount Bay Waters Hotel but wish it was longer. In a great location with everything you need and only a short stroll into town or around the beautiful Kings Park. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is like a mini city, with many apartment buildings on maintained grounds.
Very friendly staff.
Shopping Tip:
there is a large safeway on st georges terrace in CBD, just after william st. on the left side. 20 min walk from hotel.

We had a wonderful time in this fabulous family unit with little else to be desired. Location was perfect, next to Kings Park and free bus to city. Apartment was spotless and new with all amenities provided.
