Luxurious but not the closest to super malls

I had a comfortable stay. The hotel offered jacuzzi and a swimming pool,one of the facilities i'd look for in a luxury hotel. Good bar and restaurant. However check in into my room was delayed possibly because of the swarm of tourists at the time (Mid may)? Instead of checking in at the standard 2PM, we were given a hospitality room (shared with others) where we could freshen up in the shower and use the internet etc, and was only given access to the room at 330PM. Other than that, location is okay, along the orchard road, however quite a distance to the great ION Orchard, or Paragon, unless you're a fan of using taxis. Not reccommended walking from Orchard MRT to the hotel with luggages.

On arrival we were told that we get an upgrade to Club level.Probably because they didn't have 2 single beds as we've asked for. That would have been a nice surprise but the room was just a normal, small room. No big deal. However when we wake up in the middle of the night - we've realized, that we've got only the part of the suite, the other part was separated from our room with a paper thin door.

warm wellcome from hotel reservation, easy and quick check in, comfortable room and quiet environment for people to rest. Others input need upgrade the internet service is slow response and more water pressure on the shower .
