Arrived at 8a.m. in the monring. Not allorw to early check in, eventhought the resort is empty.(Empty means no guest in house or going to check out)
We have to wait until noon. I asked again and the staff asked their boss...
Transportation arranged by hotel is Completely OVER Price. I have no choice when its location is not easiy to find and i hava a 3 year old kid.
Only a few rooms in the resort, and I can't call it as "Resort". Staffs are friendly

Frankly say,we are very disappointed. But fair to the hotel I will list down the pros and cons. Pros: good location to the beach. It really takes only 3-5 minutes walk to the beach. Also the entire resort only has 8 rooms, you will enjoy the privacy as much as you can. Staffs are also friendly and helpful. Besides those, the disappointed part is: The room mattress is not comfortable at all. Surrounding burning smell fill up in the air, you should never expect the "fresh" air. The swimming pool design is a little bit weird, it is not suitable for swimming at all. There are so many barriers under water, you must be carefully not hurting your head, knee or chest. Considering the price, it is not value for money. We stayed regents park in three days before moved to here, at least we feel regents park is better in terms of value for money.

Nice hotel with only about 8 rooms or so. Not at the beachfront or main street, need of a 5min walk, therefore very quiet. Food was decent, nothing special but ok.
Only thing that was a little disturbing that the locals burned something nearby and the smoke was not so pleasant for the gueats in one of the buildings.
All in all is a stay worth the money and I recommend it!

Fabulous stay, Excellent choice!
Large comfortable room, near new and very clean. Fantastic pool and the hotel is located close to the beach but in a lovely quiet area.

We really enjoyed out stay at Palms Cove resort, the staff were fantastic, nothing to much trouble for them. It was a mere 3 minute walk (we actually timed it!) to the beach down a local road. This was street lit at night and they provided a flashlight for additional light if necessary. The room was very comfortable, baygon bug repeller provided for any pesky mosquitos. The pool was spotless and proved a lovely place to relax. The hotel is far enough away from the beachfront noise to make relaxation enjoyable. Breakfast, which was included was the nicest we have had on this trip. Wifi was fast and reliable, available in the rooms. It is a small, comfortable and very clean hotel and we would not hesitate to reccommed.

We had a great time there. Our room was tidy and the food was better than the ones from the beach restaurants. Their pool is not so big, but was almost always empty as other people were out to explore. The staffs are super nice. One night we had a spider in our room- not their fault, there are tons of trees and grass and whatnot- a security guard passing by kindly removed the spider from the room. The beach is about five minutes away, never had a problem to go there even at night. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.
