Fairlyn S. Poros Philippines, 2013 m. balandžio 30 d.	Very pleasant with one drawback I love the room. I love the breakfast. I love the clean sorrounding. 9 The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable to stay into. It was easy for us to get a feel of Khmer culture just by staying in their rooms because of their choice of materials, furniture and decors. There was flat screen TV with cable connection. The wash room was very nice and has bath tub and bidet. The room where we stayed has balcony which gives a very good view of their swimming pool. Our US$100-accommodation for two nights included buffet breakfast for two days. They have good choices of food. So I believe that we got value for our money. Their staff were nice enough although when I tried to arrange airport transfer from the airport weeks before our flight through e-mail, they did not give us any answer. I was left hanging so I hired tuktuk service from others. When we arrived at the hotel, they told me they were supposed to arrange pick up for me but it was already late. They should have answered my e-mail so I was not left hanging or guessing. Replying to guests is a sign of respect.

Wonderful and excellent hotel,professional service very good service, beautiful and luxury hotel, reasonable price, freindly and high qualified professional staff 9,3 We had great time at Royal Empire Hotel. We were pick up by a very nice hotel driver by Lexus car.We were allowed to check in early in the morning free of charge.The receptionists are very helpful and their english is exellent, especially Mr.Sokkol Thun,professional staff.

When we handed in our voucher they couldn't fine our record so that it took a hour to check in. Room size was ok but air condition was smelly and bathroom door was broken. Breakfast food was of but table was not enough so that we had to wait so be seated.

Large Clean Room with great customer service Large Room, Clean, Large Western Bathroom 9,7 I was surprised at how nice the room was. It was very large with a nice bathroom including enclosed shower and separate bathtub. There was a nice buffet breakfast with a large selection of foods. The pool has a shallow area great for kids. When we checked in, they brought us a fresh moist towel and glass of juice. The staff were very nice.

Good hotel with exceptional service Service,Good choice during breakfast,Big clean rooms 9 Hotel front desk staff and service managers go out of their way to help with guest needs.Service manager even escorted us to our rooms since not too much rush during that time.Service is exceptional and does not look forced or artificial as experienced in other hotels. Location is 10 mins ride by tuk tuk to the pub street where all the action is and costs 3 dollars one way.Rooms facing the main road and entrance can be little noisy due to traffic but after a hard day an Angor temples,sleep comes easy.Rooms facing swimming pool are better.There is a grand lobby and coffee shop and hotel decor and rooms exactly matches what is shown on website. Kelionių patarimai: Hotel location is perfect since city center is just 10 mins and 3 dollars away and also you would need good sleep after hard day of walking.I believe it is better that staying at pub street.Their is a great new indian restaurant Dakshin which serves amazing Indian food.Few other Indian restaurant which are best avoided due to very ordinary fare.A visit of art center in pub street is recommended.

Adequate hotel, handy to town Large clean rooms, excellent showers 8,3 While the rooms were large and clean and the bed comfortable, the place was full of tour parties from China, mainly. This meant that they were very noisy early in the morning and late at night, with no regard for anyone else staying in the hotel. These groups have every fit to be there, but I do not wish to share my holiday with package tour groups. The breakfast was ordinary, and certainly geared for the Asian market. There was little to appeal to the western palate and the person on the eggs stand did not have a clue what omelette meant. Eventually I got what I wanted, but it was a struggle. With the large groups coming through, there were not enough people on duty to clear away dishes and replenish food supplies. The hotel staff were lovely, however, and tried hard to make us feel welcome.

Nice pool, fairly comfortable rooms, and pretty good service.

Nice hotel Nice hotel and staff 5,3 definitely would not stay here again. our room was full of hungry mosquitoes, so many that it was impossible to kill them all. we made a huge mistake of being in town during the chinese new year. literally all of the hotels were completely booked. we got lucky and found a room here. our room included breakfast, but they were completely unprepared for the mob of chinese that came in before going to angkor wat. there was no food left when we got there. the next morning was much better. this hotel was not worth the money. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Avoid at all cost Siem Reap and Angkor Wat during the Chinese New Year. There were so many people that it took most of the fun away from the trip.
