Very comfortable and enjoyed good service.
The staff service is excellent. The lobby is posh and relaxing. the location to historical and shopping belt is excellent.

I was very thankful and impressed with the staff's good attitude and helpfulness. Like to commend the staff ABE. He served us at the Concierge and guided us patiently with his knowledge to the city sights. The Lounge is relaxing and great drinks prices.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staffs were very friendly and entertaining, especially since most of them are Filipinos (even the singer and the pianist). The hotel offers free shuttle buses which take you around the city and some hotels. Also, the hotel is just 15 mins away to the Outer Harbor Ferry Terminal.

We had a pleasant stay. Hotel staff was friendly, especially the Filipinos who were very accommodating and helpful. The area was quiet, clean and reasonably accessible because of the free shuttle service provided.
