Amazing Service
Pools and quiet end of Patong

Absolutelu loved this hotel. Right from check in where the greeting was warm and genuine to the checkout where they made showers and airconditioned tea rooms to wait for the taxi.
The Swimming pools are fantastic although there is limited seating when the hotel is full.
On the last day the staff went out of their way to fetch two more chairs though which was greatly appreciated.
The breakfast was fresh and substantial - one of the best buffets I've had in Thailand.
I highly reccommend this property to all.

Good location but more a very tired 3 star hotel

1980s room, nothing special. Poor lighting, old tube TV, and we booked a 'Deluxe' over priced room. Gray colored towels and very thread bare. Internet would not work correctly and it took three days and many visits from the 'technical' to figure out that we were not fabricating a bad system.
Nice staff, but would have been a better stay if price was $100 per night.
Restaurant Tip:
Sea Hag restaurant a short walk and off the beach road. Excellent.

Nice hotel to spend with family. Kids love the pool and also variety of breakfast. Hotel is located close to Patong area and you can walk to see the night life. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. They can speak English pretty good. We will come back for our next vacation in Phuket.

Rooms cleaned everyday. Good size rooms for two adults - had connecting room for two adult children. Room had great views over the hotel and the beach. 5 minute walk to all the action at Patong Beach but great the hotel is out of all the noise. Staff are so helpful. Honestly did not have one complaint for the whole stay with the family.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do not book your tours before leaving homeland. Book tours when you arrive and shop around plus barter there is always someone to sell a tour cheaper. All tours are done through the same tour operators for phi phi island and James bond island.

Great Hotel, this was our 6th stay.

We love staying at the Seaview Patong Hotel. This was our 6th stay and will return again. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the Hotel is clean. We enjoy the quiet location and yet it is easy waking distance to Night Life and shopping as well as Restaurants. The Beach is just across the road.

Lovely Beach Front Hotel.

The only Hotel we stay at when we go to Phuket. The Location is on the Beachfront and the staff are excellent. The Buffet Breakfeast is the best in Thailand.
Restaurant Tip:
Italian Restaurant Roma. Have to try it.

Comfortable but a little dated

We had 12 people in our group total. We booked 4 rooms (1 family of 4, 1 family of 3, 1 couple, 1 couple + extra bed). Upon arrival the front desk seemed very disorganized at first and the process to check in took about 1 hour. They couldn't figure out the price for the additional bed, and we advised them of late check for one of the rooms. It all worked out and we went to our rooms.
My husband and I were the couple in one room and we were given 2 bed instead of 1 king as was requested in the booking. The other rooms were fine. I called the front desk and at first they said they couldn't move us until the next day as nothing was available, but they called back and said they found us a room and it would be closer with the rest of our group as well. That was excellent service on their part.
The rest of the stay for 4 nights was uneventful. The breakfasts were delicious and the variety was abundant. My only complain is that one day one of the juices was not cold and it didn't taste right. But everything else was super.
The rooms itself were a little dated. We stayed on the fourth floor and had a view of both the ocean and the pool. The beach across from the hotel is nothing to write home about. However, the location of the hotel could not have been better. We were about a 15 minute walk away from Bangla Road. Tuk tuks are 300Baht if you don't feel like walking.
The service and the staff were always great. The poolside bar had good deals as well during happy hour.

The hotel was located a bit further away from Patong beach. Rooms were average at best. The pool was nice and relaxing. Pool towels were provided. Breakfast buffet in the morning was pretty good.

Older Hotel but comfortable and spotless.
Like the pools, location, left hand side of Patong Beach, out of crowds and noise. Spotless. Friendly Staff, great breakfasts.

We have been stayed at the Seaview 6 times already and keep going back. Feel very at home there and love the location and pools, everything.
Restaurant Tip:
There are some great restaurants in the road directly in front of the Patong Towers. Very reasonable prices, especially the great thai dishes.
