Unexpected Service in Sheraton

I have stayed in Sheraton in Zegrab, Croatia and Shunde earlier, I am satisfied with the service and facilities provided, however, I found the softness and height of the pillow quite unsatisfactory here. Also, I have called a day earlier via IDD requesting an installation of DVD player, however, crew refused my request which I couldn't see my point of calling overseas. Thirdly, I requested for late check out yesterday which was refused as well. It was actually ok that the hotel can't make it. But the member of staff said yes you can check out at 6pm only if your pay half day more. I would have booked half day more if I meant paying more.

The hotel is good but not enough shuttle bus route available. Only have the shuttle bus for the ferry pier and around the Cotai. Need to go to either venetian hotel or galaxy hotel. Very inconvenience.
