good value for the money, convenient to bus #7 to Star Ferry terminal, near banks and McDonald's, about 15 minute walk to either YauMaTei of Mongkok subway stops

good value for the money. Bus #7 stops around the corner on Waterloo either to the right or to the left (equal distances). The bus deadends at Star Ferry which is a great place to hang out and watch the evening light show for free, take in the museums (nearly free), and enjoy looking at boats at the harbor.

It was great staying in Anne Black. The place is not crowded yet near bus stops, food shops, churches and even hospital. It is very conveniently located. The staff can speak English well and they are very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if given a chance I will stay there again.You won't regret!

I didn't have much time to observe the surroundings but it was a safe and quite pleasant experience overall. The staffs were nice and friendly. The cleanliness is acceptable and as expected for a YWCA. I like the fact that there is a lady-only floor where the bathroom is shared. It is necessary and convenient.

ok, but the location was kind of way out and not much in the way of public transport, hotel shuttle was expensive, so was the restaurant in the hotel. Internet service was not too good either.

i am a Chinese student who went to Hong Kong to take my SAT test. i like the neatness most. And it is not expensive compared with other hotels in Hong Kong. However, the temperature of the air-conditioner is unchangeable and it made me rather cold the night before the test. and it seems that there is no quilt in rooms but blankets only. in conclusion it is a good hotel but still have many things to improve. if you want a fancy or luxury hotel, it is not your choice. but if you only want a simple, clean place to sleep, it is suitable for you.
