Delightful, wonderfull hotel, amazing services
Attentive staffs, nice decore and large size room, complimentary tuk tuk to old market/pub street

Stayed here only one night on a quick trip to see the Angkor Wat ruins. Wonderful accommodations and service. Excellent food at extraordinary prices. Included in the room rate is transportation to and from the old market/pub street with a tuk tuk driver until 9.00PM. Nice swimming pool and attentive staffs, great value!

The Kool hotel is an adequate place to base yourself for a few days exploring Siem Reap and Angkor.
Large room, free pick up and nice staff but the pool water was quite dirty, there seemed to be no filter.
Go to Haven restaurant - excellent!

Lovely clean hotel, excellent staff and service
The rooms were an excellent size to spread out and relax, the staff english is average to fair, but they try very hard to help in every way they can

I would definitely stay here again, it is a bit away from the town / market / pub street area, but so cheap to get tuk tuks it was not a problem. Hotel also offers free shuttles to and from market / pub street area at specific times each night. Smaller family run place compared to some of the huge hotels we saw coming in. Had a nice boutique feel. Rooms were nice and big to relax.

Unprepared for Power Issues
The pool was nice. The breakfast service was great, and the shuttle to-and-from the night market was really convenient.

There was a blackout the last day of our stay, and the hotel was not well prepared for it. The small generator could not power most of the rooms, so we had no air-conditioning, lights in the bathroom, or ability to chill water. Consequently, breakfast was cancelled and they tried to move everyone to a different hotel. Overall, it was the worst part of our time in Siem Reap.

we stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and the service was great. the staff was friendly, although some had a hard time conversing in english, most of the staff can pretty much understand what we wanted. the staff was also very accomodating.
the hotel also has a free shuttle service to pub street.

Nice hotel but no lift
Nice staffs, swimming pool would be great for kids

not too far from pub street, central market. easy to get to the hotel and surround by tuktuk. nice and friendly staff. breakfast included is ok. swimming pool is great.
only problem with staircase: only know that we have given room at third level, so climbing up and down is problem, especially that we travel with kids
