All went well although we did end up with an inside room with no view. No drama for us as we were not in the roon for long.....lots to walk to and see. Easy check in, nice bar facilities ans service. Would stay again because of location, but only on a cheap deal

Great Hotel, Great location Near the tube station, near River Thames, great service 9,3 The hotel location is great, within walking distance of Trafagar Square (less than 5 min walk, Leicester Square and Covent Garden (if you don't mind walking for 15-20 min). It's also next to River Thames and within walking distance of the ferry point. Hotel has a very posh ambience and the staff were very helpful and polite. Room is a bit small but it's typical of such hotel which is so centrally located.

Excellent fixtures, fittings and furnishings made our stay extremely comfortable. 8,7 We paid for an upgrade which was well worth the money. The staff throughout the hotel were always very attentive and polite. We loved the location and had a very enjoyable break. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Lots of the central London attractions and shops are within easy walking distance. The tube is less than 2 minutes walk.

Great Location, Nice Service Awesome afternoon tea 9,7 we booked a standard double room. the room was small but cozy and had a t.v in the shower. the food and drinks in the hotel were quite pricey but you aren't in any way obliged to have any of them so it didn't make any difference to us as we only had afternoon tea which cost a lot but was well worth it. when we arrived about 5 hours before regular check in time the room was ready and we checked in quickly, we enjoyed the hotel massively and the staff were really helpful in explaining how to get to the various restaurants that we had made reservations at.

Will definitely stay in this hotel, the next time I am back in London. First class service at the desk, excellent transport to the airport ... Very near to many places of interest - the National Gallery, London Eye, the theatres, the restaurant, even Buckingham Palace was a very nice walk away in the night.
