Pleasant Surprise Dining, swimming pools, breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of different dishes, only the coffee wasn't good and we would recommend that fresh brewed coffee of own choice is included. 8,7 We really liked our room with the outdoor shower and were surprised it was so big and delicate decorated. Also the chef in the restaurant should be praised. We got awesome salads and seafood. The food was presented in a very special way with sense for details and just added to the joyful experience and delicious taste. The swimming pools are very nice, we preferred the infinity pool with the amazing view of the sea. There isn't much beach near the resort, but considering the sand flies there, it might be our luck. It would be good to offer advise upon check in how to avoid the itching and painful bites (Use Soffel repellant). Staff was very attentive and friendly - however their comprehension and pronunciation not matching. We could feel the professionalism from the foreign staff making a difference though. Spa treatment was very nice, but when we have to book time it's not acceptable to have to wait additional 15 mins. If somebody is is late for their treatment, their treatment should be shortened and the delay not be put on to other/next client. We can for sure recommend Victoria Phan Thiet Beach Resort and Spa as you'll get good value for money!

Disappointing Stay Activities for children, Friendly waiters, Good tennis court 3,7 I frequently go to Mui Ne for sun and beach, averaging 1-2 trips a year. I have heard of Victoria Phan Thiet as one of the first luxury resorts to open in Mui Ne and was looking forward to my stay there to compare it with other resorts. However, I should have booked/stayed somewhere else. First, I arrived at 12:30 for my room but was told to wait until 2. That's fine, people are cleaning the rooms. It was hot and muggy day yet the staff didn't bothered to offer us anything to drink as we waited, compared to other resorts that did. Then at 2 the receptionist gave us our keys, showed us the resort's map, and left us wandered around looking for our rooms in the heat and sun with two young children in tow and 2 elderly relatives. Other places have their staff guide guests to their rooms. Pictures show beaches, unfortunately the beach is littered with sharp rocks. We walked 10 minutes to swim in another resort's beach. My room has something sticky at the entryway, called housekeeping and got a " Yes " reply but the stickiness remained the next day. Just about the only friendly helpful staff there were the pool boys and the sports people. Don't stay here.

Nice hotel for the honeymoon Comfortable room, attentive staff, nice swimming pools 7,3 We did have a great time at the Victoria Phan Thiet, the room is good. Although the furniture is too old but they are kept clean. The hotel doesn't have private beach but the swimming pools are really nice and we did spend almost of my leisure time there. We very like the fitness center and the bicycles here. To sum up, it is very nice resort for family holiday, we will be back with my family soon.

Great family hotel Kids Club, service, breakfast buffet 9,7 We spent a long weekend with the entire family and there were a fantastic Kids Club with ample activities and fantastic and caring staff, great pool areas for adults. The food and beverage options were great and the good service made it all worthwhile.
