good service from receptionists, walking distance to PWTC LRT station.

was given a room on 3rd floor facing the lift on the first night. Lift noises was pretty unbearable. Aircon temp couldnt be adjusted. Freezing inside. Off the aircon then open the windows but noise from nearby LRT station intrude. Following night requested to change room . Much quieter room this time but furnitures are still quite old and cupboards are broken at the top for both rooms. They need to inspect the rooms for defects. Quite easy to find actually.

reception staff was very courteous to get check-in done. some rooms were made available early. Rooms were good and breakfast was also nice.We will stay again at this place if we go back to KL. Many good restaurants around that area which makes eating very comfortable

Good location, nice hotel and accommodating staff
The hotel has a convenient location because its just 3-4 minutes walk away from the LRT, the Sunway Putra Mall & other hotels, the KFC, 7-11 and the money changer. Its staff are warm and accommodating and it has a quiet surroundings.

The hotel is conveniently located and it has nice & accommodating staff. The rooms are quite small but are clean and has comfortable beds. I find the email advise of the hotel's Reservation Manager, regarding the detailed ways to reach the hotel from the airport, either by train, airport coach, taxi or van with their corresponding fare rates (as it is an hour-drive away), very helpful. Me and my family were able to fully appreciate the places we visited in Malaysia because of our tour guide, Mr., who was recommended to us by the hotel staff.
