Great small apartment in a quiet neigborhood
Clean, 32inch flat screen, A/C
Nice location with big forest near. 7-Eleven and McDonalds round the corner.
Clean and small room with comfortable bed and great shower.
One must phone agent to come open the doors, so keep the local phone number handy and ensure you can call them from your cellphone (if you are taking Taxi from the airport, get taxi driver to call them).
Hotel Feature Tip:
Next door is Thai Massage Institute where they give excellent professional massage and is very affordable.

this is just a cheap apartment, if one is not serious about where to stay. the location is hard to find, and not easy to
reach. there was not any service and cleaning up, no change of
towel or anything. it was a really self-service.
in all, this was a new experience for me. i never stayed in this type of accommodation when i travel. to summerize my stay, it was not my type, and it should not be part of agoda's program.
only for back-packers or someone wants to pay very little for

Lucky Apartment-TWTC Linguang
The staff is quite nice and the price of hostel is not so expensive.
However, the room is really very small and no room service in these 3 days. Although the hostel is near the MRT,the place is far away from the main travel area such as ximen.
Also, we live in 5/F and there's no life for us. It's really difficult for us to pick up our luggages.
NOT suggest this hostel unless you dont have much money!!!
Near the Taipei Zoo

Safe and Peaceful Hotel
Safe/Peaceful/Great Wifi Network/Great location
Firstly, i feel that the hotel is relatively safe due to the multiple levels of electronic locks in place to safeguard occupants.
Next, wireless access was available as stated on the hotel's facilities checklist. Connection was great allowing internet access to both our laptops/smartphones.
Although, the location of the hotel was not in a lively shopping district, it was conveniently located near Linguang metro station(5 mins walk from hotel).
Similar to other reviews, the toilet was slightly moudly, not because they did not clean it but probably because of the age of the floor files. (had unremovable stains). A slight pungent smell was also present but very minimal and can be improved by leaving the ventilation switched on (works when the toilet lights are switched on).
Overall, a nice and cosy place to leave in with reliable internet access.

Small room but great location and value for money
Great location, clean and super fast wifi
The place was a small bedroom with attached bathroom. But the location was fantastic (right next to train station) and only 10mins taxi to Taipei city center. The wifi was amazingly fast and room was clean and well kept.

First I almost couldn't find this hotel.
Because there was no sign board or something.
In front of the gate, you have to carefully look for a slip of a paper showin the contact number.
And visitors are requested to call.
After calling, a man came down from the hotel, and he instructed how to open the doors.
Except for those things, this hotel is very good at reasonable price.
The location is also not bad. McDonald is in just 2-min-walk distance.

Basic room but comfortable
modern simplistic, electronic locks, fridge
The place is an apartment that has been partitioned to four rooms on each floor. Each room has a toilet attached to it that was a little cramped but everything was fully functional. The water pressure was strong but the drainage is a little bit of a problem. Don't expect any hotel service as this is like the name says, an apartment. You gotta call the number at the door when you arrive and a guy will bring you up to the room and show you how to operate the door for access.

near mrt but night-mare for non-chinese speaking
location is good, just behind ling guang mrt station.
there was very little administrative and help. no elevator, just stairs be ready to carry your luggage up and down the stairs.
no wifi, no phone, water was leaking, air condition did not work the last night. no one to complain to as there was no front desk/physical office either.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Not much of information for non-Chinese speaking, should one never really stayed in Taipei before this would be a bit of a shock.
The cleaning crew is lazy, does not clean the trash nor the room at all during my 4 nights stay.
I would not recommend this for those who never live in Taipei at all.
