Friendly serivce. 6,7 Room and shower are very small. Bedding is clean. Price was relatively good compared with the similar level of the hotel. Central location with easy access to airport bus line.

Ģimene ar vecākiem bērniem Philippines, 2013. gada 14. jūnijā	VERY COMFORTABLE, close to mtr, smalll new facilities, very clean 8,3 We check in early at 1pm and there was no hassle... lobby at the austin station is small but clean.... hotel is still pretty new... there is an attempt to mimic an opulent hotel with the gold furnishings etc. this is not a modern look hotel... hotel room is very tiny but thought can be expected in hongkong... we were just three asians who stayed so we were quite small so the crampig of the room is not necessarily an issue... bing used to bigger rooms in manila, i feel a bit claustrophobic ....but the bed is comfortable .. room is clean..... everyday, the lady cleans the room very nicely with all linens replaced.... my issue was the bathroom... it's clean and small yes.. but the shower was designed so that a wet mess is created outside the shower area when you bathe,,, my key card also wont work most of the time which could be bothersome when you are tp tired from the tour.... one time i rushed back to empty my bowel /// the cleaning lay was already there.... i just went ahead..... saw my iphone left picked it and put it in my bag then used the bathroom .. the chnese cleaning lady who i know was just merely doing her job.... had to ask me to leave the bathroom and try my key card first... for the Love of God it did not work,,,, she wouldnt let me in.. so, with my poops crowning ready to explode, i had to go down to request access for my card.... location: BOUT 5 MIN WALK TO JORDAN STATION, OR TO THE BUS STOP FROM THE AIRPORT..... A LONGER WALK TO TH BUS STOP TO AIRPORT DURING DAY TIME... I MUST ADMIT THOUGH THAT IF YOU WANT GOOD LOATION, BETTER GET THOSE AROUND THE SALISBUY ST. CLOSER TO MOST ATRRACTION AND SHOPPINGMALLS....

Except that, the room and washroom are really really small and crampy. Other wise, the staff was friendly and informative. They provided us with lots of information on our tour destination, how to get there, etc.
