Good budget accommodation with Free WiFi

Check-in and check-out were a breeze, staff were quite friendly and attentive. The best part about this hotel is its price and location -- you can just walk to SM from here and take a really short ride to Fort San Pedro, the basilica, Ayala Center, and other key areas in the city. However, fixtures and room features need to be maintained or updated. The middle part of our window blind wouldn't close, the sink was clogged, and there isn't a second lock to double the safety/protection. The noisy repairs next door were also unnerving. All in all, you could get your money's worth, but if you're the OC type you'd have to make a call or two to the reception to fix certain things in the room.

it's really a no-frills accommodation that will do if you're not staying long. wi-fi was free and pretty ok. but-you pay additional for everything else: extra towel, extra pillow, etc. it would have been better if the shower area had a door or curtain so that it doesn't get the entire bathroom wet; or if they fixed the shower head so that the water hits your body and not the walls. you can tell they are cost-cutting cause they don't turn on the lights in the lobby/hallways. otherwise, this is a good place to stay for those on a budget.

Compare to others this one should not have 3 Stars. The room and bed is very small, the bed and has no good mattress. The towels and blankets have been stained and they looked more grey than white. Window to an inside channel. No safety at the door, only a cheap doorknob. Concrete flooring, very cheap furniture. No shower curtain. The breakfast is a joke, you can choose coffee or powdered juice, 2 toast, one egg (looked like half of an egg) and a very small slice of papaya, water melon and pineapple.

Great Hotel at a BUDGET cost!
It's affordable price, clean hotel & rooms with courteous & friendly staff and its location.

Excellent! Booked in this hotel for 2 days but extended our stay for another 5 days. It is near SM and Ayala malls and a walking distance from a Catholic Church. It is also accessible for those who wants to go to Cebu Doctor's University at the Reclamation Area. The staff were accommodating and courteous. Had a problem with the shower bulb in our bathroom but within minutes, housekeeping to was there address the problem. Over all, we had a pleasant stay in this hotel and will definitely come back.

Our first night was in a room onthe street side, which was so noisy from traffic. Staff were helpful in transfering us to an interior room which was much better.

The only problem I got from this hotel was AGODA made it more expensive for me. This is not my first time in this hotel and is not the first time i booked it trough AGODA. I booked a deluxe room on AGODA for this hotel and ended up paying Php. 3,700++ for two nights stay. This included the 10% and 12.8% charges as stated in the booking conditions. But, when i got to the hotel, I immediately saw that the room only cost Php. 1,350.00 per night or 2,700.00 flat for my two nights. This already included everything from VAT (12%) and service charge. I hope AGODA can make good with their promise for AGODA PRICE GUARANTEE. Other than this, the place is really a value for money. Just don't expect the other luxuries a starred hotel can offer.
