Everything is good; except the air-conditioner. Too hot and too cold

Good location, super small room
Good part: good location. Near the MTR (exit C). Hotel staff is friendly. Toothbrush provided! Yeah! Nearby hotel has food to eat if you are hungry. A small cafe downstairs opens till 12.30midnight. Bad part: First room: (double room) the pillows in the first room was hard and I had neckache. Aircon has a damp smell when we came back to the room. Super small space. No space for luggage. I change room. Toilet is translucent.. But not see through. No body wash and conditional. 2nd room: (twin room) Pillow is softer but even smaller space. Toilet less translucent. Toilet door don't close well. Toilet bowl right beside the bed with a translucent glass. (Opps!)

Nice place, good value
Anywhere you rent in Hong Kong is going to be tiny, and this place was, but the room as clean, the staff was nice, and the location was excellent. Right next to a station for the underground train it's near different markets and has lots of delicious local restaurants nearby. I would happily stay here again.

Petite Hotel with Good Location
Hotel is across entrance to Yau Ma Tei MTR stn and is close proximity (walking distance) to Temple street night market and Mongkok walking street. The downside is that it's located in between funeral parlours where you have to walk pass all these traditional Chinese coffin (yes, those coffins you see in Chinese zombie movies), which can be freaky and uncomfortable especially in the evening. The room is rather small but it's okay for single occupancy. For the price and room size, I would recommend CityView just 200m away (I booked M1 as CityView, where my family is staying, was fully booked ).
