Great location but small rooms and expensive.

Located near MTR station.
although rooms are small but the toilet inside the rooms are big and comfortable. the hotel is located opposite the mtr station, however, it is not easy for someone who is not familiar with the area to find it, so make sure you print out the location map before you check-in.

So small room

Good location and clean
Good location but a bit confuse of direction. People and service are nice. The hotel is quite nice and clean but so small room and poor breakfast.
Travel tip: Good for stay overnight.

Great location but small rooms

strategically located near mtr station
staff at reception not exactly courteous. alot of room for improvement in customer service. room was very small. double size bed was actually a super-single, not queen. no cabinet to hang clothes. considered expensive for such a small room. limited choices in breakfast but food tasted quite good. located between 2 coffin shops (not funeral parlours) but nothing eerie about it. strategically located very near to yau ma tei mtr station. very convenient if you want to go to other areas in kowloon or hong kong island. alot of good food nearby.

Nice and modern design but room is small

location, cleanliness, helpful staff
First impression of the room was that it was way too small, barely enough space for moving around. However, it was still acceptable for us as we spent most of my time outside exploring Hong Kong instead of staying in the room. We only came back to rest after a long day and it was a pleasure that the hotel and room was clean and has a modern cozy design to it. Again, this is my first time in Hong Kong and do not know what is the typical size of a hotel room in this price range, but I have heard that they will be small. Location of the hotel is also a big plus. Yau Ma Tei MTR station is actually just beside the hotel, taking no more then 2 min to walk to the station exit. There is also a bus stop nearby that has bus service that brings you to the China-HongKong Ferry Terminal where you can catch the ferry service to Macau. Ladies' Street, SimCity and Temple Street are within walking distance. Some of the taxi drivers might not know where this hotel is located (maybe due to its location facing a quiet lane) but just flip out your phone, show them the location on google maps they will have no problem getting you there.

goo location but really small rooms

the location was really good, really close to Temple street and eveything around Yau Ma Tei. However the rooms were pretty small, there wasn't that much space to move around. The amenities were ok.

Great location but small room

Good location
Room is very small , not much walking space after putting our luaggage on the floor. No wardrobe for us to hang our clothes. And the price is not very cheap too. Breakfast got nothing much to eat. Pillow is very flat and bed is very soft too.

Boutique hotel is near MTR, but very small room

New, clean, short walking distance to subway and free wi-fi in room and lobby
I would not recommend this as a business hotel if you plan to do any work. It is simply too cramp; there is not even a closet. It's fine if all you want a reasonably priced place to stay nearby Tsim Sha Tsui to go dining, shopping, etc for a couple days while in HK. Because the hotel is quite new the rooms do not have the lingering mildew odours which I find quite common in some of the older hotels in HK.

Accessible, Convenient and Cosy

Location and Wifi!
absolutely great location, very short walk to yau ma tei mtr, with nearby supermart wellcome, local eateries, money changers nearby, and a local park. there is also a really good eatery call supreme beef brisket soup located in walking distance (46 portland street). the hotel room is small but cosy, just the right comfort level suitable for one person and one luggage.

great location however rooms are very small

Good location, near good food
A pretty small hotel which feels more for backpackers. Room and toilets are pretty cramp hence huge luggages are not recommended. Given that the hotel is in the middle of Portland street, hotel room faces other units in the area and would be recommended to draw your curtains. Hotel provide free wifi and its certainly a value for money for those who have a budget, are less picky on the hotel rooms and hardly spend time in the rooms. Hotel staff are pretty friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers discounts to certain tourist attractions which is pretty good.
