Semi Great Location

Good location near MTR
To get to this hotel is pretty simple. You find your way to Yau Mah Tei MTR station and take Exit B1. Walk towards the traffic light and cross to the opposite side. Walk down and turn left. M hotel is just ahead. It's located next to a recycling station so it can get pretty smelly when you pass it. The hotel is very modern as it has just gone through a refurbishment but like all who have stayed there, the rooms are tiny with little place to put your things as there is no closet. Good for a short stay. Food at breakfast is limited but acceptable. The waiters/waitress there are very helpful. Reception staff are also very helpful and efficient even late at night as they will send someone to help if you need it. You also get free WIFI which is really helpful. Just that signal can be a bit weak.
Shopping Tip: You can just walk along the road to reach Mongkok. It's the main street just outside to the right of the hotel. Or you can also catch the train out. Very very convenient.

Great location but small rooms

the location is very near to shopping mall
The room is small..but the location is very near to mongkok shopping district..the room is clean and comfortable..it's a great place to stay for solo traveller.
Shopping Tip: The hotel location is near to temple street where you can buy a lot of things cheaper than ladies market.

Helpful staff when approached.

conveniently located to ymt station & temple's street.
the room is really very small but clean. the bathroom is really really very small, especially the bath area. if you are not particularly superstitious & don't mind the close proximity of showrooms for caskets next to the hotel, it's really very conveniently located.
Shopping Tip: Temple Street North, the stretch for shopping at night market is just about 50 meter away!

Good location, small room

location is good;room is small; price is high. front office is small, understuffed, one man only on duty when we checked in. competent but obviously overworked, tired, and hence we did not get to see service with a smile. there is no lobby to speak of. room is really small for a deluxe room, amenities minimal, no wardrobe or cupboard, very disappointing. complimentary breakfast is okay.

Very small hotel

Nothing to shout about
The hotel is extremely small considering the price I paid for. There is literally no moving space at all. For one to walk over from door to window, you will have to walk on top of the bed. The TV channel is also very limited choice.

Centrally located but rooms are petite.

Locations, nearby shopping & great food around
If you can look past the cramp shoebox rooms then you can't miss this hotel. 50m to Yau Ma Tei MTR, fantastic shopping galore and great food outlet abundance everywhere. This is a place where you have everything in one.
Shopping Tip: There is a night market about 50m behind the hotel, ask the friendly staff at the lobby and they will direct you to it. You can find great steal there as it is off the main street and at the end of it is the Jade market where you can find plenty of treasures (if you know).

Good location and nice small room

Nice room
The location of the hotel is good. So close with MTR station, just 5 minutes walk and also with ladies market and food/ restaurant area that open until late. Even though the room is small, the interior is really nice. I really love the interior, so modern and cozy. The breakfast is not so bad and it has free wifi in the room. For this kind of price, I would go back staying in this hotel.
Shopping Tip: Near ladies market at Mongkok, only 10-15 minutes walk.
