Great location but small rooms

Good services
The room is very small, but the location is good, there have two train station nearby the hotel. Few cafes, restaurants and 7-11 nearby the hotel.
Shopping Tip: 1 stand train will reach mongkok, most busy shopping area

Convenient Location

Readily Accessible to MTR Station
Hotel needs to open up door leading to open area. Hotel should invest in baggage carts. Staff very friendly and accomodating.

Convenient Hotel in the heart of HK's Yau ma Tei

near to mtr and temple street night market and plentiful of restaurant and good food nearby.
the hotel may be hard to find initially as its sandwiched between 2 buildings and its not really obvious or listed on the mtr map. however, its very near to the mtr exit if you exited from the right exit. the rooms are very small. almost no room for moving around. and the breakfast provided are just okie. however, this is a very nice place to based your travels in hk being within walkable distance to mong kok where the shopping belt is, and tsim sha tsui which is just 2 stations down. if you dont wish to take the train, you could simply walk.
Restaurant Tip: Try one of the restaurant chain at temple street behind the hotel. it sells claypot rice. Or Roast meat of Luen Fat Restaurant which is near the hotel along the main Nathan Rd.

Great location, pricy for a small room

ok for basic expectation. already prepared mentally after reading all the reviews so it is better than what i expected. but the number of "funeral shops" along the road is a big turn-off. my local contacts in hong kong is definitely not comfortable with the location after sending me back to the hotel.

Great location

friendly and helpful service. very close to mtr station. right nex to temple street night shopping.
m-hotel is small but very close to nehtan road and mtr. the cost is not cheap for a 3-star hotel, however breakfast is included. breakfast variety is not big but clean and fresh.
Travel tip: Travelling in HK in Summer can be stressing because of the heat and humidity. Local food is everywhere and cheap but be careful try stick to clean restaurants.

Great location but small rooms

Great location
Location is great, very convenient to public transport. But rooms are far too small. Lucky, they are clean.

Not great but not bad

affordable, close to MRT station, friendly staff
You get what you pay for. At under per night the room was suitable for couples who don't spend too much time in their rooms. The decor attempts to be modern when really it ended up looking like something out of a cheap porn. I was looking for a coin operated vibrating bed. Regardless, it was fairly clean minus the sewer smell coming from the A/C. When we asked the front desk about it, the lady said, "Yeah...that's normal for a corner room." The bathroom is very industrial with no separate shower. The shower head is just on the wall next to the toilet. The breakfast was okay...not a large or impressive spread, more similar to a continental breakfast. The Yau Ma Tei MRT station is around the block from the hotel, and the hotel is semi-hidden on a side street. P.s. standard hard asian bed.
Hotel Feature Tip: Strongly recommend getting a hotel on Nathan Street.

Small rooms but value for money.

near mrt with convenience store 30meters away.
rooms are not big. in fact they are pretty small but for 1 person it is ok if you have the superior room. just note that the hotel is sandwiched between funeral parlors. however if you leave early and return late you will never get to see the inside of it.
