Nice room but otherwise disappointing

Check in was minimal - they did not even check if we really had booking. The room was really very nice - very big and well presented. The bathroom was also good with both bath and separate shower. There was a long power cut during the evening - but there was an emergency torch in the room - but no electricity also meant no water as the water pumps did not work - so we could not take a shower until the power returned at 11pm. The TV has only Thai language channels. The buffet breakfast was supposed to be served 7am - 10am. We went at 8.45am and there was very little food left. There were 3 staff on duty who were not interested at all and only after we insisted one of them went out and came back with a tray containing a few ice cold fried eggs straight from the fridge. Overall, a very disappointing breakfast. Check-out was as minimal as the check-in - we just handed over the room key. The hotel provided poor service and the staff were not at all friendly. The hotel is OK for 1 night but I could not recommend a longer stay.

Comfortable hotel in a quiet part of the town

Loved the artwork throughout the hotel, rooms were modern and clean
staff were courteous and helpful we even asked to change our room to a mountain facing one and that was no problem breakfast was basic but adequate (either khaaw tom or ham and eggs. also white bread that you could toast. instant coffee was available, but when i asked for tea, they had run out of it! nice park 5 mins walk away for exercise. town is 5 mins drive.

Easy hotel for bed and breakfast

Located on the main street near Mae Sai boarder
We happened to find and decided to stay a night here on a trip to Mae Sai. This hotel is just an easy one to stay overnight in case you need to. The hotel is a bid small and staffs are not very helpful. The good things are it's located on the main street only 4km from the boarder, and it's cheap.

Hotel under Renovated

Near Maesai Shopping Border
We arrived at Htl about 20.00pm. First room assignment was wrong(not what we booking for). Change the room to better categories but still not as good as supposed to. No Coffee or Tea facilities as stated on the website. On Sunday we have to wake-up early at almost 08.30am even it was Sunday and it cause from there are some iron work for renovated right under our room and also above our room also are some works. What r u thinking of work on early Sunday morning and awake the guest up TV also available only 3 channel even cable are exits all over Thailand especially up north. Wi-Fi not working in the room.

Just don't do it

The room was clean, but the bed was as hard as a rock, and when asked to change the matress, they didn't do anything about it till 11pm,after informing them at 9am, and then the mattress was just as hard. The bath leaked, so you were forever refilling it. No tea or coffee in room. We arrive there at 8.30pm, and found out that the restaurant closed at 6pm! Overall, not a good experience, but the lack of English, the staff there were most helpful.

a little out of town but that can be a bonus
The markets close down at 6 pm as with everything else so be home as there are no buses or taxi, the restaurants around the hotel are good.
