Everything is okay except for the lighting in room

Noisy rooms
The rooms are very noisy ,there is no minibar to keep your drinks cool. no watercooker or complimentary drinks except some mineral water. Buying mineral water will be charged at 20.000 IDR a bottle which is real expensive. The carpets are very dirty , they not seem to bother to clean it. The airconditioning was not working properly. The housekeeping has the office next to the rooms resulting in noisy people and pings from the elevator all day and night. It was a blessing to checkout.

A Hotel which needs a major renovation soon

Cheap accommdation, Satisfactory location
The lift access card reader frequently broke down. The room is too dim. Not enough lighting. The general surrounding of the hotel and building shows that the hotel really needs a renovation soon.

Most of front liners busy with the Gadget!

Price, location, ozy receptionist and the reservation girl with veil
So far ok at 1st day, but when I requested the wake up call next day (due to I still on jet lag after 2 Days travel with aircraft, I'm afraid I over slept ), there's no one call my room for wake up call, I have appointment with one of embassy near by in the morning. Lucky I have 3 Alarm Already!. Few days after, in the night when I'm ready to bed and almost fall asleep, there's noisy from my door, I try to open there's the other guest try to open my door with their room key! It shocked me! How come there's two different guest in same room!!! It was double checked in!!! Fortunately I always double lock my room every night. I came to the receptionist, they just simply mentioned two voices. The 1st one " yes, I was made a mistake to give the wrong key" and the other one was mentioned that I was made a mistake write the room number incorrectly. What a great evening ever!!! In the morning about 8am, when last night before I can't go and continue my sleep after the other guest try to open my door, try to wake up late but can't... House keeping outside my room woke me up with VERY NOISY Vacum cleaner!!! I can't continue my sleep and it really disappointed me!!! After last night the in the morning!!!! At that time, I try to call their front office manager about what happened last night, even he didn't know at all!!! Where's the duty manager. Aren't they did not report about this case at all?!? And Mr Tatang as a Front Office Manager just say Only Sorry!!! No the other action!!! Please pretend how if I was stay as a GAP or department concern who will check your hotel condition?!? The front office manager just simply said should I asked my house keeping to stop the project and the Vacum cleaner too?!? What a silly question as a Front Office Manager?!? Untill I check out the front office manager or even supervisor not asking for the apologize directly!!!! For sure this is the worst experience stay in the hotel!
