Poorly Maintained
All apartment units were very run down. Rusty water from water supply tab. All airconds are not controlable. Furnitures need replacement. Only good this is its located near city center.

Stay at Mahkota 2-Bedroom Apartment
The location is good. Cleanliness is poor (bathroom, bed sheets, carpet, water from the pipe). Kitchen light did not function. Check-in on 6th July but the queue was extremely long due to high occupancy, however the staff were working very slow. waited almost 1.5 hours to check in at 4.30pm

Clean and spacious
The location is near to street food. Walking distance. The hotel is clean and the staff is polite. Very spacious room.

POOR ,OLD,DIRTY
Poor water pressure and some of the facilities ie tv should change to flat screen to make the place value for money. need refurbishment,water mark on the wall and air condition not cool. Water is dirty and mud/rusty smell.

No way a 4 star hotel. Maybe 20 years ago
My first room was very poor, bed linen had not been changed, not towels, the room was dirty , air con only in bedroom. I commenced to move to another hotel it was so bad at check out I made complaint, the staff were very helpful and provided a Ne room in the main complex the was very good. In comparison. This room had faults also in that all four doors needed maitance. Eg balcony door could not be locked. The hotel really need Breyer managemen. All they need to do it check the stand of their rooms. Lack of supervision I think. Breakfast was very poor Buffett. Good ingredients prepared poorly.
