Overall very good experience and stay
The room is comfortable, friendly staff but might need to improve on the cleanliness because we saw some hairs on bed and bath tub, also the hand towel with some cosmetic stain which we never use it before. We really love the hotel interior and atmosphere.

Great stay
Thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay. A wider ranging restaurant would have been a plus but accepting that limitation then the restaurant was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Great & relaxing stay!
I love everything in the hotel. Breakfast was ok as we were not big eaters. Our air-cond in the room was leaking throughtout the night very badly but they fixed it the next day. The only thing that i did not like was the matress - too soft for my taste & it give me a backache the next morning. Spa experience was wonderful.

Lovely charm
Charm, room design, colonial style
Lovely rooms, nice staff, free high tea, average menu, a bit far from Chinatown if you're walking each time. Lovely charm, nice colonial building. We had a very nice time.

Okay stay
Spa village, staff friendliness and cleanliness of hotel
We were warmly welcomed with a receptionist bringing us to the room and served us hot flavored tea. The hotel lobby and pool are small. Rooms are adequately sized but the TV and wifi connection were bad. Location wise it's about 15 mins walk from all the activities at Jonker street. Breakfast was good as you can order hot food and then served. Spa was excellent. I had a Easter package of 200rm per person for 1.5 hours treatment. Otherwise the prices maybe abit on the high side due to the quality of the spa village.

For the price, I consider it very expensive. You can get better 5 stars for the same price. If you going for the heritage feel, then the cents are making up for what you paid.

Heritage Joy
What a great little hotel hotel not to far from the Heritage area, you can walk via the road or follow the river, both quite easy to navigate. The hotel itself was quaint, clean and user friendly, the staff were eager to please which made the stay more pleasant.
