."Lovely hotel and service with a smile"
friendly staff and clean place
My stay at Makati International Inns was pleasant. The place is clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It's like a family atmosphere. The location was not so great because it cannot be easily found unless you are familiar with the place, so that took me a few days to direct the driver. Overall I think it's good value for money.

Friendly Hotel but no windows
Food was very good
firstly we arrived but the hotel had not been informed of our arrival. but the receptionist was very helpful and apologetic, and. did all she could to make us welcome. so we didn't get the room we wanted.

Good location but unpleasant experience
nothing much
The hotel is in a good location, 15 min walking from greenbelt, and not expensive. Beside this there is nothing remarkable about this place, there are better option nearby for the same price. The rooms have no windows, everytime you need to get in and out you need to call the reception with a buzzer for both the main gate and another gate on the stairs to reach the room, which i find annoying. If you want to change the temperature in your room you need to call the staff cause they don't let you have the AC controller, I guess they are afraid someone will steal it. When I checked out around 11 am I asked the reception if they could keep my luggage for few hours cause i got my flight in the evening and I wanted to spend some time shopping without carrying my bag, but they said I could not, and it's really the first time I hear something like this.

Small hotel with a big service...
clean, smells good, safe
i had a comfortable stay. though the rooms were small, it is at par with the price of the rooms and i had a very clean room everyday with clean towels and good aircon and good smelling room. the staff were also very approachable and friendly and i most certainly like the way, myra (front desk) and mike and the other chef, treated their guests. I had a safe and comfortable stay. thanks...

Great location but somewhat claustrophobic rooms
Very accessible, nice and friendly staff
i chose to stay at makati international inn because it was quite close to the business establishments that i needed to go to while in makati, and also because this hotel's rates were quite reasonable. i actually arrived earlier than expected (before noon), but they still accommodated me without any fuss. the staff were really nice and helpful. the room i was given was quite clean. but it was also small, with no windows, and even the bathroom had no exhaust fan. it felt a bit claustrophobic, and the lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom caused the bathroom odors to stay in the room. maybe because of the small size of the hotel, there was no elevator, just stairs. i think this hotel is really good if you're on a budget, because of its proximity to the places i needed to go, which were all walking distance to this hotel and i never needed to take a taxi, except only on going back to the airport.

Great location and good value for money
Location, Cost, Cleanliness
i stayed at makati international inns for only 1 night, and i would stay here again. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. the location is very convenient especially if you need to be near makati med. there is a tv and dvd player, a hair dryer, and ample closet space if you're a light traveler. towels and sheets were provided, as well as the usual complimentary soap, shampoo and toothpaste, but they don't provide free toothbrushes. also, i wish they wrapped the glasses in the bathroom in plastic so that i can be sure that they're clean and unused before my stay. there were good reviews on their food, but i didn't get to eat at their cafe. unfortunately/fortunately, they're currently undergoing renovation, and the room that i stayed in smelled strongly of paint. if you're fussy about things like that, maybe you can request for a different room, or you can wait until their renovations are done.
