Honeymoon Trip

Location was great. Very authentic Thai style.
We enjoyed our stay although it was clear they were closing in a week. They were out of many things (wine and champagne). It's a beautiful hotel in a great location. Small but charming. Too bad it was sold.

Good location but everything else very average

Location, Pool...that's it!
First impressions were good when we arrived - good location and nice lobby. We booked a Junior Suite and the room although a little dark was pretty good. The four poster bed was a bonus! But a few things let this place down - The bathrooms need updating. The showers are pretty decrepit and rusty. And although we had a huge bath, the water pressure meant it would have taken at least an hour to fill up. I'm not exaggerating! - The service was really disappointing especially at the reception. The team just seemed pretty miserable and unwilling. Whether it was a simple request for a box of matches or asking how much it would be to get a tuk tuk into town, they just didn't really want to help. Perhaps I'm being harsh and it was a language thing but it was clear they weren't interested in going the extra mile. - Breakfast. Not the greatest of breakfast buffets. - Wifi - v unreliable Pro's - good location and nice environment but honestly I wouldn't rate this place highly or stay here again

What a pleasant surprise

Pool area
We would come back here no questions. The hotel is not in the centre of town so its a bit of a walk to get there, however we did not mind the walk and could always take a tuktuk. best club sandwich at the pool. We stayed in a room off toward the back, next time I think we might get one over looking the pool area, there was nothing wrong with our room though. We slept well, the bed was great. The thing that makes this hotel is the atmosphere. You could really relax here. Good value for money.

A sancury within an ideal location

Beautiful Gardens, Lovely individual rooms and friendly helpful staff
Travelling with a group this was just ideal for starting the day with a very good breakfast. We all had suites but all were so different and beautifully decorated. Perhaps a little smaller than expected but lovely never the less. And cocktails at the end of the day by the pool was idyllic. Totally in love with this place. Only complaint was the very fluky wireless. Fortunately they had a rather crammed business room but at least the computers worked there.
