Excellent quality service
Everything is perfect and we really appreciate the quality services they provided. However, we strongly recommend mandarin hotel to improve the soundproof system and if the noise reduced, this stay will be perfect! Additional travel information provided, ease our concern and worries travel in BKK. Thank you 9th floor housekeeping lady, front desk Mr 'trainee', Duty Manager Mr Nut, conceige service crew and breakfast buffet team for the excellent service that complete our memorable trip in BKK. Wonderful experience
We had a wonderful experience at Mandarin Hotel and if we return to Thailand, this will definitely be our go to hotel. The staff was very professional, breakfast buffet was delicious, concierge service was very helpful, very easy to get a taxi, centrally located, great shuttle services, etc. I can go on and on but all I know is that when you are unsure of what hotel to book for in Bangkok, please consider this hotel as a top choice.

Great hotel
Nice rooms and good service. Only issue for us is the mattress was slightly harder for our liking.
