Great Hotel
We booked two rooms at this hotel during an Agoda flash sale. The hotel was located about 5 minutes walk from Sam Yan MRT station, which was very convenient. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling. The rooms and showers were big and clean - we loved it.

Why I Will Reccomend This Hotel
The location of this hotel is very accessible. It's a walking distance to Sam Yan Station, if you take taxi to Siam Paragon or MBK mall it will cost you less than 100 Baht (the hotel offer free shuttle to these malls) and there are restaurant and shopping center near by. The room is clean but not too spacious. I like also the refreshment at the lobby where they have water and juice. I will be back in Bangkok end of the year and looking forward to stay again in this hotel.

Good, clean hotel at a good location
We had a very pleasent stay at the Manderin. Good location, kind staff and most important: very clean. The rooms can be a bit noisy, the hood breakfast makes up for that. We booked a second stay before leaving Thailand. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel experience
Well-located hotel with comfortable rooms and good amenities; close to the MRT and shopping malls; friendly and very accommodating hotel staff - from the bellboy up to the manager on duty; great buffet breakfast with so many choices; a wonderful over-all experience! I recommend this hotel to anyone and would certainly stay here again if I go back to Bangkok. I just have to commend Muk, the manager on duty on June 10, for being quick to assist me when I had a little mishap in the hotel lobby. I missed a step, fell on the floor and sprained my ankle. The bellboy immediately came to help me walk over to the nearest seat. A few minutes later, Ms. Muk came and asked a hotel staff to bring in a cold pack and a topical analgesic. I was worried that I may not be able to walk the next day as we were scheduled to fly back to our country early morning of the next day. Thanks to Ms. Muk's quick thinking and advice, I was able to walk alright the next day with just a minimal pain and discomfort. Talk about going the extra mile in customer service - she and her staff certainly did!
