Outstanding place for 5 star
I stayed in this hotel for nine days but not a single days that I regret of not choosing this hotel. Very close to where I want to go around metro Cebu.

Great value for money
The place was bustling with people, Filipinos and foreigners alike, but the staff remained courteous and hospitable. Service was fast. The buffet breakfast was absolutely satisfying. The rooms were spacious. Overall, it was good value for money. Location is at the center of the city, just next to Ayala Mall.

Walkie Talkies
I am wondering why the cleaning staff needs to shout into the walkie talkies, to communicate? Also, why is the volume so high that while your in your room, you can hear the desk talking to the staff members down the hall? It just seems to me that lowering the volume, and talking into the device using a quiet voice will work just as well. Or, the those that clean the room, just go in the room, and talk quietly to the desk, or pick up the room phone and talk to the desk. (That would make better sense. I've stayed their a number of times, and I feel that those that in charge need to review their policies when it comes to training the staff to be customer savvy Food Good, I had breakfast and dinner there many times. Guards are great too, always bring down my left over pizza and they are really appreciative to have the extra slices. (Buy it across the main street near the hotel.)
