Nice Resort
Very nice resort. Beautiful pools and staff were excellent. Only minus was my apartment was advertised as a spa apartment but I would not use the spa in the apartment because it needs to be replaced or re-surfaced. Not really a good look.

Rooms very small
We had the "budget" room at this resort, it was very small and shabby. The furniture in the room, such as it was, was falling apart and inferior quality. The table was so rocky you couldn't safely put anything on it. The room was very, very small. On the positive, the King bed was very comfortable. The staff also were very unfriendly, we are not whingers and very rarely write a poor review, however, beware.

Overnight stay
We stayed in a studio room and it was awful. The room smelt of damp mildew as soon as you walked in.Over powering smell that comes from not being used and aired. The curtains were dirty the door to bathroom you could hardly open as timber rotten on bottom. It was pokey and miserable. Curtains barley covered window which faced main walk way so no privacy. Bed was so hard and pillows were flat with no support. Maybe this is where they put the people who get a discount rate through Agoda. We are locals and would never recommend this place. We ran out of there the next morning

It is not 4 stars hotel
First of all every hotel should be cleen. This one is very dirty. The lamp was dusty. The bed sheets had spots. Wall and ceiling are dirty too. On the carpet were two big dirty spots. The shower is not even a shower. It is size of a tap with holes in it. There were cockroach in the bathroom. I think such condition are not acceptable in any hotel. The room was small. Not 20 m how it was advertised. I can understand that it is not expansive hotel but it doesn't mean it should be dirty. And I would never give this hotel 4 stars. Moreover, the bed was made of two single beds. It was very tough and uncomfortable. Good that we stayed only 2 nights.

Tropical oasis
It felt like we had arrived and set foot on a tropical island, surrounded by lush, colourful tropical gardens. Full of life with birds, giant butterflies. Our apartment was generous in size and had instant air conditioning. The resort pools were wonderful. It was also great that we could just go through the back gate and enjoy yet more palm trees, as we strolled to the beach. Palm Cove is beautiful day and night. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We would love to return again.

A Pleasant Stay
Had a very nice stay. Friendly staff and spacious/clean rooms with a nice quiet location which is walkable distance to several bars etc on the beach front. The only thing I would say is that the cleanliness of the pans provided was much to be desired, we opted to buy take away instead. Also would be good to have bin bags available to use & perhaps larger bins in the kitchen. Otherwise the rest was very pleasant. I would stay again and recommend to friends.

Great hotel and location for us!
Great location to get to the major areas of interest. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the resort. Good service and friendly staff.
We had a great stay and a beautiful apartment. A gorgeous setting and landscaping but the main pool needed to better cleaned. However there were 3 others to choose from. Wifi wasn't working but we had our own so it wasn't a problem for us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
