Great location but bad service, bad meals & dirty.

Not recomended for family
The hotel has an environment that is very natural and dandy scenery towards the coast and in the direction of the hill behind the hotel, but unfortunately we could not swim at the beach because many stones around there. Unfortunately the hotel is not supported with facilities and good service, but the atmosphere of the hotel is very quiet, perfect for those who want to retreat in nature is still beautiful

To small and uneducated staffs

no one
Location to far and hard to find transportations. Poor breakfast, bad electricity, uneducated staff, only security, bad idea to find in your list.

Hidden Gems

spectacular view and tranqulity of the location
The management and staffs are very helpful during our 2 nights stay. The room is spacious for 3 of us, clean, and with spectacular view just to the open sea and bunaken island. Although they don't provide buffet breakfast but they try to serve quite variety of Manado traditional food, so we didn't get the same food each morning. . They also rent out the car including driver with reasonable price. My parents and I enjoyed the conversation and information the staff provide to us that make our holiday to Manado is memorable. Unfortunately the internet connection was cut down during our stay, and the jetty need to be fixed..otherwise we can snorkleling around the coral...and the shower is extremely weak.
Travel tip: The resot location is outside of Manado town, so becareful when negotiote with taxi from airport, they could charge more, my advice is to ask for airport pick up from hotel. There is no shops neither restaurant nearby, so we have to use taxi or ask the hotel staff to buy lunch or dinner. it would be like staying in your own resort with minimum facility
